Christian is the best! I have had both my arms tattooed by him. He is an absolute professional. I have seen enough episodes of Ink Master to know that he is an awesome tattoo artist. If he were on the show I think that he would be the Ink Master. Dwayne is awesome too. He would win the season after Christian wins Ink Master. Saints and Sinners is the best tattoo studio in all of Baltimore. The «gentleman» at the front desk is awesome. I think his name is Shawn or Sean or something. If you want a tattoo ask for Christian or Dwayne and have the gentleman at the front desk schedule you an appointment. All of my tattoos were worth every penny spent. If you want a cheap tattoo, you usually get a cheap tattoo. If you want a great tattoo, go to Saints and Sinners.

I went there for my first tattoo just a simply two line coordinates and I was highly ripped off. For a tattoo that should have cost around 100 they charged me 280! I was very disappointed and will not be going back or recommend anyone experienced at getting tattoos or not to saints and sinners.

I’ve gotten two tattoos from Dwayne. Place is very laid back and they have amazing artists. I will be going here for the rest of my life. Love it

I decided to get my tattoo in Baltimore because every shop I came across in NYC quoted me $ 200 an hour with a 5 hour slot. Originally I emailed Brett Burnham who gave me his email addy when I requested it via IG. Before I decide on who I’d like to spend my money with I almost always have questions. Who wants to pay for a service and not receive what they want/​need? Me going forward with you depends on how you respond to these questions. It’s never anything over the top. I simply asked if they took cards and asked for a quote in the first email. I supplied him with everything to supply me with a quote from the jump and I was given one. I was told to come in to speak further and I asked if he’d be in the following weekend since I was coming to Baltimore that weekend. He ignored me. I waited 3 days and sent out a follow up email to be ignored again. 2 days before me coming to town I sent a final follow up stating if I don’t receive a response I’ll take it as he doesn’t want my business and leave it at that. Of course he didn’t respond but was posting on IG. I know this because I was tagging my friends to show them his work because I was still excited to find someone with work as eccentric, as his & I mean that in the best way. Everyone thought he was dope. He has a very distinctive style that catches your eye and stands out. He’ll probably still get business from the people that I showed his work to.
I came in regardless that Saturday in February. I let them know my interaction with Brett and they proceeded to tell me he wasn’t in on Saturdays. They also mentioned just emailing the shops directly. That was the main reason why I wanted to know when he worked so I wouldn’t be wasting my time but I had already decided not to spend my money on a person who wasn’t responsive. I decided to listen to my gut on this one instead of coming back to speak with him. Booked with the owner, Jim Judeikis. Setup my appointment for April and geeked with Shawn and the other guy at the front desk. They are hilarious and extremely personable. Shawn’s funny af.
My appointment was at noon on the 15^th and I got there a little early to get something to eat and chill out. My appointment started at 12:30pm and ended about 10 after 3pm. I booked a 4 hour appointment and we were done well before. I believe they round up when calculating your rate if you’re booking hourly. Either that or they calculate setup time. I don’t know. That was kinda weird to me but I do feel like my tattoo was worth what I paid plus Jim is really friendly and sociable. Sometimes you come across those dickhead artists who feel like they walk among the Gods or some ish. We were vibing for a while until that pain started to kick in lol. He was even explaining how artists containers have to now be labeled and how there’s another new process when it comes to healing and aftercare. The most intense pain came during the detail work. He numbed my leg to go over the detail and I ended up requesting Saniderm which was $ 5 for two sheets! I’m like are you kidding?! That’s cheap! Only the best for my tattoo LOL! This is and will probably always be the biggest piece on my body. All of that damn pain lol.
Jim applied my first sheet of Saniderm after wiping down the tattoo. I’d definitely recommend Saniderm especially if you have a larger tattoo. After 24 hours you take off the bandage and clean it with an antibacterial or scentless soap and allow it to dry. Reapply the last sheet and leave it on up to 6 days and you’re healed. Some people may need a 3^rd sheet. It allows your tattoo to breathe while sealing in all of the regenerating healing elements that your skin automatically has. Not having to worry about scabbing, ink rubbing off and gels getting everywhere is great. They precut the sheet for you as well. I tipped Jim out and hobbled my way home. He told me after it heals I’ll be able to see more detailed work and it’ll contrast well against my skin tone. I really like artists who have a diverse background in inking different skin tones. What works for one will not always work for another.

So today I got my first tattoo, no I got my first three at the same time. I had Christian. He was very friendly and afterwards he took the time to talk to me about aftercare and answer my questions.
The guy at the front desk was nice.
I love the staff. At first I didn’t know it was all male but it didn’t make a difference. They all seem to get along.
The shop is epic.
And I love the artist cards. Even stated if I have any trouble just call and ask. So I’ll be back for my back and wrist.
Oh and the Netflix they have hooked up makes time waiting go by faster. Found two new movies.
Overall it gets five. And yes it’s reservation needed. Unless they say or advertise walk ins.

Loved my experience here! I got my septum pierced by Cheyne and he did a great job. On Sundays and Mondays, they said that piercings are $ 10 off, so all and all my septum piercing totaled $ 47. I’ll definitely be back for more piercings in the future!

Not sure who was «rude» in these previous comments but Shawn at the front desk was awesome! Personable, honest (help me decide not to get a tattoo on my hand due to how they fade) & remembered things about us from our first visit when we booked our appointment. Dwyane, our tattoo artist, made us feel relaxed and got to know us. Also helped research my Sanskrit word before we started to ensure it was accurate. AND the other tattoo artist who were tattooing others around us even made convo with us. Seriously, a place where you are not judged for having 0 or 1 tat, honest on your results, professional yet relaxing & clean. My first tattoo experience here was great… this second time, even better! This place is a must!!!

I went in today to see if Jim had any availability for a tattoo. At first it looked like he was booked for the day with appointments, and he was. But they squeezed me in right then without risking going over for his next appointment. Jim was the first person to give me a tattoo when I was 18. That was 17 years ago! He was at a different shop then so I was really happy to find out he owns Saints and Sinners. Highly recommend getting your tattoo there. It’s clean & sterile. they have amazing artists, and reasonably priced.

I actually had a good experience here. Shane pierced my nose and was really friendly and gentle. However, despite taking proper precaution about cleaning, etc, I’ve had a bump on my nose adjacent to the piercing since the very first week, which is now about four months. I got it checked out in Los Angeles, and they said that it was pierced at an angle that would never allow the hole to heal correctly. I had to take the piercing out and am now just hoping it will heal with little issues. My piercer here also said that the quality of the jewelry was knock-​off. Everyone here was very nice, but I do like my face, so I would just encourage you to do your due diligence before impetuously getting your nose pierced.

I’ve had 2 awesome tattoos done here and then I moved out of state. I am back visiting and thought I’d stop by to get a new one. The new front desk person is horrible and rude. I’ve never had to call first and they advertise walk in’s are welcomed. Apparently not anymore. I was told to call first. Glad I drove an hour to get here and and now I’m drinking in a bar instead.

Tried to get a tattoo here and left because of the incredible rudeness from the man at the front desk.
I wanted a simple design– 3 words in handwriting. My friend wanted a similar phrase, but was conflicted between two options. His response was «the artists are busy people and won’t draw you two options». Here’s my answer: I’m not letting you put something permanent on my body, and it is in HANDWRITING, it is not a drawing. I ended up going to deville ink and they were so welcoming. They drew me 6 different options in less than 5 minutes, gave me at least 5 options for curvature and size and let me replace it on my body as many times as I wanted. The whole process probably took 30 minutes. Getting a tattoo is a big deal for many people. A shop should be empathetic to that fact and understand that not everyone does this every day. However, they should be willing to serve everyone regardless.
In addition to the lack of willingness to work with a design, he also made rude comments about how little we knew about the process. His friends were also in the shop at the time and they (receptionist included) were mocking the man behind me that was interested in a tattoo (that was clearly mentally disabled). COMPLETELY turned off.
I was so turned off by the attitude from the receptionist that they lost the business from myself and my friend, and I will definitely not recommend them to others.

I had a great experience being pierced by Cheyne. He’s a complete professional and very skilled. It’s ridiculous how efficient he was and how good he was at communicating what he was doing. Great experience for me!

This spot was recommended by friends and I was happy with cleanliness and skill of the artist. However, I found the staff unprofessional, rude (smoke breaks while I was waiting for my appointment, when I asked about thoughts on placement «well your ass hurts») and most of all the artist, Christian was rude when I wanted to slightly change my extremely simple design and rudely said «so basically you don’t want what what you said you want.» This was after I had explained I was getting the tattoo to commemorate my infant daughter who died last year. So insensitive and though I like the tattoo it’s not exactly what I wanted because he bullied me when I asked him to slightly change it. I should have left and gone somewhere where the artist would work with me until it was exactly what I wanted.

Best tattoo and piercing shop in Baltimore! Great customer service from the moment you walk in and greeted by Chris til the time your service is complete! I have 12 tattoos and six piercings and wish I had found them before now!

Great service, came in asking a bunch of noob questions and they were answered without making me feel like an idiot. Everyone’s real chill, which is a MUST!(I don’t f#!k with people that talk or look down upon others let alone have some douchebag permanantly mark my body). Dude shawn workin the frontdesk like a boss is real cool n i was able to finalize my decision based off the rough copy he made for me. The artist (Christian B.) that did my tattoo was awesome. Straight business, which is what i like, had that focus fire in his eyes like he was really putting his best into it even though it was just a simple verse in cursive (actually who am i to say it’s simple!) Bottomline? Chris B is a Beast and i will not hesitate to get my next piece done here. Saints & Sinners, RESPECT! im out. One!

I came here this past weekend to get a new piercing. I called the week before I came and they said I didn’t need an appointment, just to call before I come in to make sure the piercer was in. Theres a decent amount of parking so it wasn’t too difficult to get to.
After being greeted and signing a waiver and paying, I was introduced to the piercer, Shane. I was kind of bummed there wasn’t a female piercer on staff, but Shane put me at ease. He answered my questions and was very professional. I was probably in and out of the room in 4 minutes. Shane kind of surprised me with the piercing, but that was good because I would have been too nervous to look. Also, just a heads up, but they don’t allow anyone else in the piercing room so you’re gonna have to leave your friend in the waiting room. The pricing of the piercing was reasonable and included the price of the jewelry.
If I ever work up the courage to get another piercing or perhaps a tat I’ll definitely come back here!

I stopped in for an opinion about an existing tattoo, which I’ve been contemplating for years whether I want to remove or cover up. Sean, one of their artists took the time to talk to me about the best options and didn’t apply any pressure to get work done there. He remained unbiased and was really honest. Sweet!
I’m still not sure what I’m going to do at this point, but I give S&S 5 stars for their customer service.
On a side note, the shop is in the heart of Fells Point and I was really impressed with the look & feel of the place when I walked in.

As someone who’s gotten his first tattoo here, it was a great first experience. When walking in you will be greeted by a front desk person on your right, and to your left are various colorful art pieces hanging on the wall.
The shop is well kept and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable in their craft. My artist Jim is really nice and a very chill, down-​to-​earth guy (I highly recommend him if you are thinking about getting a biomech piece). During my session he would periodically ask me if I’m doing alright before continuing.
Overall, a great tattoo place to go to if you are in the Baltimore area. This is an award winning parlor for a reason.

For what it’s worth, I have NOT yet had a tat done here. However, LoML stopped in for a consultation about covering up a bad tat, and I started looking around, impressed by the artwork that I saw available. The shop rep was very friendly and knowledgable and talked to both of us about our individual options — LoML’s potential cover job and a new tat for me. I had inquired about my being a diabetic (since I know that some shops won’t do work on diabetics due to the liability) and they’d said it was no problem if I were able to obtain clearance from my doctor. This is great, since I had previously given up all hope of getting a tat — now it’s possible.
I looked through the books and was mightily impressed with some of the pieces. The staff was very courteous and reassuring to what amounts to a first-​time scared newbie. :)
If (or rather, when) I decide to go ahead and get tatted, it’s most likely going to be here.

I had to go here after another place messed up a nose piercing. I fell in love instantly. Since that first visit, I have had three more piercings and one tattoo, with two more tattoos and one more piercing scheduled.
I just cannot recommend them enough.
Everyone is very knowledgeable, and will take time to answer your questions and concerns. There is a female piercer on staff for those intimate piercings (yes, I have had that done, yes, it hurt for second, but it healed quickly and is awesome).
Their tattoo artists range from good to great, and they will let you know up front who is best for the design you have picked out. They will also be very clear about how your tattoo will look over time, which I think is awesome. It would be so easy to take my money give me exactly what I want and not tell me that my cute little spirals are going to look like crap in a couple of years. But they don’t. They understand better than anyone that this is a permanent part of who you are and they want you to look as happy with it on day one as on year ten.
Great place, definitely check them out.
