It is hard to beat the chicken from Royal Farm stores, so glad they started popping up all over the place. As a kid my family used to take day trips up into PA on the weekends to get what was called«broasted» chicken. We learned that the chicken was basically pressure-cooked in giant pressure cookers, keeping the chicken juicy with a light greaseless crust. That is just how RoFo does it.(Side note: Only commercial pressure cookers are made to do this, don’t try this at home.) Order up what you want via the touch-screen(they have a variety of breakfast items, subs, sandwiches and sides too), print your receipt, go pay the cashier, then wait for them to call your number or your order. Make sure to include a side of their breaded steak fries, when they are fresh they are amazing.
