Roma Little Italy

Just had the «Crab cake Sub,» it was DISGUSTING. I would NOT RECOMMEND. They even had imitation crab meat. A definite one star.

Food is pretty good. The lasagna with meat sauce is probably the best thing they make. The lemonade is amazing the fruit punch will put you in a diabetic coma but does pair well with vodka. Service sucks but ehhhh what can you do

The people there are very disrespectful, They took over two hours to deliver my food, and they messed up my order when I ordered 20 honey bbq wing, they gave me 6.

The food is gross. I tried to order something simple: Jamaican Patties, Italian Sausage and lemonade.
1^st the Italian Sausage wasn’t fully cooked. Still pink. Ew. Then the Jamaican Patties were… extremely greasy, burnt and apparently deep fried. I don’t understand. I’m Jamaican. I’ve had many bastardized versions of a «Jamaican» patty; this was a hackjob. WHY on EARTH was the filling curried? INDIAN curry at that not even Jamaican curry. I just don’t understand.
I had zero problems with delivery the food was just disgusting approximating inedible.
BUT they ARE open really late and the «homemade» lemonade was good.

Has horrible customer service and all the staff and drivers are rude. Only reason I ever ate there was because they are very close to my college campus. They take over an hour to deliver just horrible

The food was average. Got a extra large pizza and wings because of a coupon. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!! I ordered from the GrubHub app and the food came at about 9:45pm. I got a phone call saying that the person was outside and I came to the door. After waiting for about a minute the driver called my phone back and said I needed to come to the car. It was late, drizzling, I had no shoes on and pajamas… etc. THE STUFF THAT YOU DO WHEN YOU CALL FOR DELIVERY. I told him that I wasn’t coming out and I’ve never had to come out for any other delivery place and that he can leave, if he wasn’t coming to the door, and we’ll get a refund. He also spoke to my husband saying that he was a gunshot victim and begged him to meet him halfway. We repeatedly said he either needed to come to the door or leave. When he FINALLY left I called the restaurant. The girl told me that it was their policy that customers have to come to the car to get their orders, which he did not mention, he just said HE wasn’t getting out… I may have come to the car to get it… naaaaaah! I said that’s asinine and that he already left so I wanted a refund. She said I needed to call Eat24 (tho I ordered from GrubHub) and request a refund. I googled the number and as it was ringing the restaurant called back. She told me if I still wanted the food, she would send another driver to deliver it. I said, «As long as he’s going to come to the door. She ended up sending the same person back and still refused to go to the door. He called back and told me that he was on the way back and if I wasn’t at the door and if he saw any ‘movement’ that he was pulling off. I stood in my glass storm door waiting for his loud car to pull up again. He called again and said he wasn’t coming to the door. Eventually, my MOTHER ran out there snatching the food from him and screaming obscenities and brought the food in as he caused more noise pollution with is hoopty. So much for a late night, no fuss dinner with the folks.

I’ve been ordering from Roma’s for three years as I am a college student in the area. They’re the perfect restaurant for students, because they’re open until 3:30 AM on the weekends. Decent food (four stars), but TERRIBLE customer service! First of all Roma’s quality of food is not equal to the way that they conduct business. For a dirty hole in the wall, they sure act as if the customer is experiencing fine dinning.
They DON’T deliver to you, you must come out to them and I’m not doing that a young woman in Baltimore City after 10 o’clock at night. I’ve gotten into many arguments with delivery drivers about that. I just had my delivery man shout at me and drive off. Roma’s will NEVER get a penny of my money again.

Well I would have given them 4 stars but after this situation I doubt I will order again. It’s been about a hour and ½ since I placed my order and was told a hour ago the driver left 20 mins ago. No phone calls or anything in regards to my order. The good is great but the delivery sucks.

Decent late night sub/​pizza/​fry joint. Open to 2:30am. There are pics of the Great Khali from WWF all over the place. The Punjabis who run the place must worship him. My cheese steak was pretty good. Got it with hot peppers, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes on top. Fries were meh. Clientele is all «urban». The Loyola U. kids and wealthy locals go further down the street for the exact same food by Belvedere Ave. even though this is closer to their campus and homes. I don’t discriminate, I just eat.
