I was yanking the starter rope on my old mower and SNAP-​the thing came right off. Damn it, only halfway through the lawn and this happens? I can’t leave my front yard like this! Its a disgrace! The Hendersons next door will just have such the guffaw at MY EXPENSE!
Down the road is Riha, an old hole-​in-​the-​wall lawn mower repair shop run by some old fellow that will read you the riot act when he see’ how badly you have treated your «lil’ grass clippa’.» They had the thing repaired, oil changed, filter replaced, and new spark plugs all in less than 3 hours!!!
I really wish this old guy fixed cars.
