The staff is so friendly and the menu options are extensive. You can get a normal pedicure to a milk and honey treatment, and everything in between. This is definitely my go-​to spot!!!

I love this place, they really know how to do nails the right way. I have gone to many of the nail techs and they are all great but Terri is the best. She shapes my nails so well and pays attention to detail. I always get compliments when she does my nails! Very clean and professional and I have never waited even without an appointment.

A greet nail salon in Baltimore! It took any time to find a best nail salon since going to Baltimore from Baltimore, MD, This is Super clean, They are friendly and the salon has a relaxing and pacifying highly recommend! Love this place. Always a quality job.

Nice atmosphere and décor but I expected to be wowed with the service. I just wasn’t impressed. I feel like I over paid for a very basic pedicure. I received the milk and honey for $ 45. It was a basic scrub and lotion situation. I have paid $ 35 for that and a hot stone massage included. I just feel like there is an up charge to assure good tips. I was offered a glass of wine but was not really moved by it so I declined, but it is good marketing. If the service could be impressive they would be a success. They need to hire me to consult for them.

I went because I had an errand in the area but needed a manicure before a dinner event. I am not happy that I went here. First, they did not have the best assortment of gel manicure colors. I had a very pleasant experience with the people who worked there. Many women and men who were courteous and kind. However, the job they did with my nails was very sub-​par. My manicurist cut my index finger really bad, then continued to chat in Vietnamese with one of her colleagues in a complaining voice. I was really upset about this. They were clearly talking about me and the fact that she didn’t know what to do. She also cut my nails the wrong shape. I specified twice that I wanted it square. Then she confirmed it. But she filed my nails round. The manicure took so long as well. She really nipped out all of my cuticles to the point where they were inflamed and painful the next morning. I would not return, but I don’t have an issue with the ladies who work there themselves. They were nice! But the job that they did on me that day was awful…

I got a fungus in my nail from a gel overlay! Never again will I get my nails done here!

Have gone there twice now. Once for my wedding and once for my honeymoon. Great experiences both times. Ask for Karen she’s great! So sad I won’t be able to come back.

Came here with my mother. Wish i didn’t. Walking in the place was very nice and posh, seemed like my kinda place. Wine was good that was offered. Service was very lack laster. Being asked if i understand the price of my service 3 times was a bit redundant. I can see the quality that they would have if they didn’t rush threw my services. Warning future customers: lot of the scubs and lotions that is listed in their menu they don’t have. Don’t have high expectations.

Ok! My nail shop! No ratchets! Pure ambience! Extra clean!!! They disassemble after each client and have there own cleaning staff so that the techs can service the client! All calming music! No chemical smell!!! My pedi today was $ 65 so I am in serviced for $ 65 mins! I had a callus treatment, peppermint scrub, paraffin wax. Mint mask! Massage of legs shoulders neck and back! 2 glasses of wine!!! And snack! I would recommend any who wants a awesome clean experience come here Nina is my tech! I can only vouch for Nina. She is the only person I have ever used there !

Let begin by saying, Yes I cheated on my normal nail spot. Yes I was out looking for a side-​nail shop. Pro Nails and Spa had pulled me in with the chilled fluted wine, exotic seasonal manicures and pedicures, herbal wraps, neck and shoulder massages. Yes I was about to fall for the grass is greener on the other side. Then this happened the worst service of my life. Let’s break down the ugly treatment I received. First I’m with my daughter. We are pampering ourselves for a up coming vacation that’s starts this Saturday. So we decided to give this place a try. My co-​worker said she received good service and they offer drinks. We checked in on Unilocal and there is a 5% percent discount on services over $ 50.00. Winning! So why not give them a try right? We walk in the host is handling a call. So we waited till she acknowledge us and ask for list of service and prices. So far so good, They have VIP rooms and Spa packages. They offer an intense detail list from chocolate mani/​pedi to regular services. My daughter picked Tropical Mani/​Pedi that included a special soak, callus treatment, papaya scrub, mango mask, paraffin, 15 minute massage with papaya butter blend. I chose the Pomegranate Mani/​Pedi that included Special soak, callus treatment, pomegranate scrub, clay mask. 15 minute massage with butter crème. We informed the host our selection. My daughter the tropical service and me the pomegranate service. We were lead to the back to open chairs ready for us. Its the standard chair that massage you and adjust to your back needs. Not the case, it massaged you and moved you up to the tech only. None of the chairs which had feature to adjusting to your back worked.
The techs and host came over to clarify the service again.
The host: «Ladies you want chocolate and pomegranate service?» Right?“
Me: «No, my daughter is getting the tropical service’.
The host with techs standing by: «Are you aware that’s separate prices?»
Me: «Yes»
They: OK
So while this is going on the ’ special soak’ is just plain water. They get our drink orders and ask again if we were aware of the price of mani/​pedi. Yes at this time I’m looking at the tech like she is crazy. So I informed her yes I’m aware since I told the host up front that’s the service I wanted.
By this time the techs who act like they don’t know English bring their supplies over to begin service. They drop to mineral tablets in the water. I kid you not, we were told again if we understood the price of the service. My feet are soaking by this point and I try my best not to yell. I tell them yes I know the price. They said OK. At this point they go back and forth with knowing how to speak little English and to not understanding any English spoken to them.
We received our chilled wine flutes. Ok let the relaxations begin. She ask to cut nails down. I said yes but don’t cut me. She looks at the other tech that’s working on my daughter’s feet and start speaking their native tongue. (Which I find to be rude but that’s just my opinion).
Now it’s time the the scrubs to be applied
My daughter’s tech say: «Don’t this smell nice ?»
My daughter says «no, what is that?
Tech: «rain forest scrub»
My daughter: «I asked for tropical treatment it comes with papaya scrub.»
Tech: «yes this is it»
My daughter: «No, it says rain forest»
Its at this point I’m done. I have their service list in hand pointing to the service requested. Tropical Mani/​Pedi. The techs are trying to say she asked for the rain forest. When did that happened? So one of the other staff members starts talking to them again in their native tongue. The pull the supply girl over and she said they did not have papaya scrub in. Wait what? The host or tech should have told my daughter that service was unavailable. By now the area is filled with other customers who can hear and see the anger that’s in my voice because at this time there is no hold backs. I went in. Why were we not informed of this? Why were you pushing off rain forest scrub? Why can’t you read the service listed? Then the tech did the unthinkable. She said «you wanted the same». Kid you not. I said «what did you just say? The other staff member again speak to the techs and they use the pomegranate scrub on my daughter’s feet. I get control of myself. I“m trying to remember this is suppose to be bonding and relaxing time. We then decide that we will get manicure for our original nail spot. We sip the wine. Meanwhile the tech for some reason is rushing and doing a harsh job with my feet to the point that water is flying in the air from her using the brush on my toes.
Everything was hushed from that point on. I left out there with my toes still wet.
Yes I read the reviews from Unilocal.I did not see or received quality service. When it came time to pay the bill with Unilocal app in hand did anyone try to give go customer service. It was to late. The grass was not greener.

I have been patronizing this shop for almost a year and the only times I have experienced bad service it has been with one person. Well, three strikes and I am done. Again, she provided me with the WORST service today and I wish, I so wish I knew what her name was because I would put her name out there so others could beware. The first time she was rude and rushed through my service, the second time she cut my foot while rushing through a pedicure and today she didn’t even allow for me to choose what kind of pedicure I wanted plus she was rushing so I knew she had another customer scheduled to come in by the way she was rushing. She squeezed in my waxing service and passed me off to someone to finish my gel nail service. Well, she gave her the wrong color and it took forever for them to find the match… they say that the color they found was the match but it doesn’t look like a match to me. Mind you I am not really upset about the mix up in nail colors that is just an additional layer on top of the bad service and the lady really didn’t care. I am not going to be giving this place my business anymore. I am done, there are other clean and sterile places to frequent who’s employee provide good service.

This place was okay. I read reviews prior my visit there. I expected sterilized nail tools but upon inquiry found out that that’s only the case if I choose to get «deluxe pedicure» which is around $ 45! Since sterilized tools were the reason I went there. I was very disappointed that my $ 30 pedicure didn’t include something so essential to having a clean pedicure.
I had gone there with my mom. So we were having a good time there for the most part because of the company.
Not to mention how rude my mom’s pedicure person was. She was aggravated very easily.
But my mani/​pedi lady was very good. She made sure I was satisfied with my nail color. Although, I couldn’t really tell her that I was not happy with her filing my nails little slanted because I was afraid she will get super aggravated like my mom’s pedicure lady.
All in all, this visit was «okay» I would most certainly not visit this nail salon. Ps. They did ask me for a beverage. But I could care less about that when the nail service was poor.

Recommended by my stylist. I got a good mani, pedi and liked my stylist, Terri. I will go again. I think she did a good job and even helped me pick a color when the one I initially chose was too light and brought me cold lemonade. Nice place!

I went here for the first time this week for a manicure and pedicure. I’m not a gel or acrylic kinda of lady, nor do I care for designs. I’m into wonderful massages and just simple paint.
Well, walking in, I was immediately helped and escorted to a pedicure chair. The pedicure chairs are in little areas off the main area and are quite cramped. While sitting there, I could hear the girl next to me breathe. The instruments she used were taken out of a fresh pack, which I loved. I picked the sugar scrub pedicure– $ 40.00. One thing that dismayed me initially was how there was no option between a basic pedicure– $ 25.00 and $ 40.00 ones, I opted to have the sugar scrub ($ 40.00) pedicure. She was thorough and the pedicure was quite long and enjoyable.
I went for a basic manicure, and that was much more rushed and the paint job was mediocore at best.
When I sat down to dry my nails, I noticed a sign that stated service is $ 1 a minute, meaning if you paid $ 40 for a pedicure, it should have been a 40 minute pedicure. It explained why the manicure was so rushed in comparison.

Amazing service, with great ambience, with clean, fresh instruments that are taken out of the package in front of you, which I have to say is a plus since I have picked up a fungus infection at a previous salon. So this is definitely the way to go. Thank you ladies at Pro Nail Salon & Spa.

I went here on a Monday afternoon around lunch time and it was surprisingly quick being seen. I got a mani and pedi with designs on both my hands and feet. Overall I enjoyed the experience and Nina (my technician) was amazing. She even replicated a design I found on Pinterest and worked with me to choose the proper color swatches. The prices were reasonable and everything was listed in detail. The only reason why I’m giving this place a 3-​Star rating because I was left alone in the chair for quite some time without being attended to. But other than that I will more than likely return again (and even take them up on their drink offer)

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the Baltimore area. Kim is fantastic!!! She is meticulous in making sure my hands and feet look and feel wonderful. The services they offer are fantastic! But make sure you make an appointment they can get very busy.

Went with my step mom a couple weeks ago to get our nails and toes done for her wedding.
We had a nice, big private room. It was so pretty and the place in general is just really pretty. We were constantly asked if we needed anything, the little deserts they have or any drink or anything like that. Very good customer service.
They did the best job on my nails that I’ve seen. Everything was even and the lady I had took her time, the girl that did my toes also took her time and they both came out very well.
I also got my eyebrows waxed while I was there, best they’ve ever looked!
I was very pleased, I’d recommend it and go back also :)
