In 2013, Jody Pollara founded Pro Litigation Management, a company dedicated to providing high quality legal services to both its professional clients as well as its individual clients. Pro Litigation Management offers efficient and trustworthy litigation support to lawyers and law firms at an affordable fee. Pro Litigation Management also provides legal services to individuals at a low, flat rate including drafting wills and reviewing contracts and leases.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Jody Pollara is a lawyer with extensive experience in litigation. Ms. Pollara earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007 and has been employed in the legal profession since 2008. She worked as a litigator with Timothy Smith & Associates for four years.

While in this position, Ms. Pollara carried a large caseload, which included litigating jury trials, litigating bench trials, initiating friendly suits, and many other legal tasks. She was responsible for every aspect of trial practice from initiating and answering lawsuits to the conclusion of those lawsuits by settlement, trial, or appeal. Through this type of practice, Ms. Pollara gained invaluable legal experience. Since 2013, Ms. Pollara has been running a small consulting firm.
