Never use this company.
I was looking for free estimate on fixing water leak from the roof to the middle floor. They sent a person Buddy Lilly who came in for the roof and also promised to fix the dry wall. I already paid him for both. The day they took care of the roof and then broke off of the drywall. After that he did not show up. My drywall still needs to be replaced and he always says he will come after hours to work but gives excuses.

While searching online for a company to replace my roof, I found Prestige’s website and filled out the form to have an estimate done. After doing some more research on them I saw they had good reviews for the quality of their work, so I was interested to see what their pricing would be like.
The guy who came out was polite and professional, he did a good job of explaining all the parts of the roof besides the shingles, while also explaining what makes a lower vs higher quality roof. They use GAF products which I know is one of the top roofing manufacturers out there. The pricing was competitive to other estimates I had received and so I signed up to have the roof done.
From there they were everything I expected them to be: they called me a few days after to have the roofing guys come to confirm the measurements, and then set a date two weeks later to do the work. The workers came around 8am, showed great attention to detail during the install, and made sure to take care of the trash and debris after. The roof looked great and they finished in one day.
Having read reviews for other companies and hearing about the lack of communication between them and their customers, I was impressed that Prestige was with me step by step for the whole process and I didn’t have to call five times to get ahold of them. All in all, I enjoyed my experience with Prestige and will definitely use them for future projects!

Easily 5 stars. Had a leak coming into my bathroom ceiling from my roof. Call around to about 5 roofing companies. Prestige not only had the better pricing– but customer service is top notch. They were very helpful in all of my questions and concerns. Getting a roof fixed or changed over is not a cheap fix. They gave me several pricing options and were not pushy or aggressive with trying to up sell me.
Work was done on time and cleaned up that day.
Will most definitely being calling them back for other things I need done to my home.

so, I’m not a «ms. fix it» or «D.I.Y.er» at all. so I was kinda hesitant when I needed new siding for my bouse. what do I know about siding? But everyone from the moment I asked for an estimate, until the moment they departed my house, was nothing but professional. these guys are corgial, quick and awesome. (they even laughed st my jokes.) :)

Highly recommend this company. I needed windows replaced and I 100% will only use them for any window or door needs in the future. I noticed my bge was cheaper after having these windows as well! Customer service was also fantastic. I definitely recommend Prestige to anyone looking for the best.

My husband and I just had 10 windows and a patio door replaced by Prestige, and they were wonderful! Our experience started like many others on here with a door to door sales person. I am not the biggest fan of door to door sales, however the kid was nice and we figured we would give the sales consultant a chance. We worked with Tony from the sales department and he was GREAT! We was so friendly and very professional. The prices were very comparable and our windows and doors were delivered and installed in a very timely manner! Brian, in the installation department, was who I worked with to set up the installation and he was also very helpful!
Don’t be scared off by other reviews! If you actually read them you will see that most of the negative reviews are about the fact that this company uses door to door sales. I understand that many people hate this type of sales however, a kid walking across my grass and people working during normal winter months (I am a Minnesota girl and we work outside in negative temps all the time) is not the end of the world!
We will use them again for future projects!

My husband and I contracted Prestige to replace our roof and three of our windows. The salesman who came out to do our estimate happened to also be one of the managers and was very pleasant to deal with directly (his name was Roger Greenleaf). He gave us a estimate that wasn’t far off from other companies to perform the work we needed to have completed.
About a week after Roger came to our home, I received a call from a guy who would be coming to the house to do our window measurements. He came on time on the date he said he would to perform the measurements. I must say that I was not overly fond of the guy who performed our measurements as he seemed he may have been having a rough day. No harm no foul — we all have our rough days. I received another call a couple days later to schedule a day to install the roof and windows.
The roof guys showed up this morning at approx. 8:30am and began our roof work. They worked nonstop on our roof and completed the work at 2:20pm. When I tried to inquire about our old roof and the condition of it, I realized very quickly that the roofers didn’t speak much English and therefore could not understand nor answer my questions. It would have been nice to be able to ask them questions that they could understand and they be able to provide feedback.
The window guys showed up shortly after the roofers arrived to «install the windows». However, the measurements that were given to them were not correct and the windows they brought wouldn’t fit properly. Needless to say they will have to come back out to our house to perform the window installation at a later date. They explained to me that the measurements were not correct and that the guy who took the measurements failed to deduct a inch to allow space for framing. Umm, okay.
I work from home so the noise was a bit much and I wasn’t comfortable having the window techs inside the home while on a conference call for work. I could hear the three window techs coming in and out of our house and it made me kind of nervous that I couldn’t see where they were or what they were doing while trying to figure out that the windows they had wouldn’t fit. Although THEY WERE VERY NICE, I would have personally felt better to be present with them as they were entering and exiting my home. One of the window techs explained the problem with the windows not being the correct size and promised that a manager would be in touch to reschedule the window installation. After he updated me, he asked if he could wash his hands in my kitchen sink *insert my screw face here*. I told him no but that he was welcome to wash his hands in the bathroom sink!!! Again, they were all very nice and although I didn’t appreciate one of them even thinking it would be okay to wash his hands in my kitchen sink, it’s not a huge deal breaker.
Overall, from what I can see from the ground… the roof appears to be installed properly and looks fine. I guess we will see after the next hard rain we get and inclement weather to determine if it truly was installed properly.
I’m giving them 3 stars for the roofing staff not being able to communicate with me as the customer as well as the windows not being properly measured the first time. We have a lot of work we will be having performed on the inside of our house throughout the rest of this year. Prestige does a lot, but I may try another company to truly compare the quality for the cost.

It’s been less than a month and I just sent the fourth group of sales kids away. The company does not respond to emails asking for it to end.

Seriously, it’s bad enough that you use door to door sales people at 8pm but this guy just walked across my front yard right to my neighbors house. I just had sod put down and no one is supposed to walk on it. I opened the door and told him how rude that was and not to ever do that again, in fact to never come to my house again. He really was so lazy he couldn’t walk down the steps to the sidewalk? When confronted he had a blank look on his face didn’t apologize and said something like, you don’t have the decency to listen to my pitch!!! EXCUSE ME!!! You came to my house, I didn’t invite you. What a jerk. There are special places in hell for businesses like this.

It pains me to do this, because I like giving companies a fair shot to the best of my ability, but I must warn you, fellow Unilocaler, to NOT give your personal information to this company.
They solicit door to door, which I hate (who doesn’t?) but since I actually was interested in some roof repair and like supporting a small business, I had a good conversation with the door to door salesperson, who sounded like a reasonable guy offering competitive prices. I made it clear that I had no interest in doing roof work anytime soon, but I knew that was going to go in one ear and out the other. This initial contact occurred a year ago, or so.
It started nice enough; I got maybe a call every month or other month offering me some deal or asking if I wanted a quote yet. Once they called me at a really bad time and didn’t ask if I had time to talk, just launched into a monologue about energy efficient roofs. I hung up on this soliloquy after a minute or two. After about a half dozen calls or so spaced out over 8 months I gave them a «I’ll call you, don’t call me» polite let-​me-​down. I know how independent businesses work; this is how they get new clients, but it was getting slightly annoying.
Let me cut to the chase — I have now been dealing with relentless constant calls ever since that polite phone conversation roughly 3 months ago, to the point where they are practically pleading for my business. I have blocked numerous numbers associated with these guys, and it still hasn’t stopped. I’ll pick up my phone for some random number from the DC area and they’ll just launch into their regular old spiel about shingles and whatnot. Two calls ago (last week) I told the lady to have her company please stop contacting me, and she said «no problem!» Annnnd then two nights ago, yet another call from a different number, same routine as ever.
Maybe this will get your attention, Prestige — look up my first name and last initial and stop calling me, for the love of God. Don’t worry, «I WONT call you, so please don’t call me.»

I worked with Prestige Home Solutions to replace all of my windows and doors in my home that I am rehabbing. From my first conversations with them when they knocked on the door to explain their services the experience was superior. Their quote was extremely competitive and the install was performed timely and with the utmost professionalism and resulting product. I have used other larger companies in the past and was not as happy with pricing, service or actual work product. I will definitely use Prestige for my home rehab needs in the future.

Never used service but guy knocked on door soon after I moved in. Very pushy with their «free estimate». Called my phone countless times even though I told them I could not set up a date/​time for their estimate. Told them not interested and stop calling. Thing is… I may would’ve gotten an estimate from them but 1) waaaaay too pushy and 2) countless, back to back phone calls. Hmmm seems fishy to me so definitely not willing to give them my business.

Do not use this company. The never completed their work yet paid us a good faith deposit to tell the loan place work was done. Signed a contract saying all work would be completed… been months still waiting. This morning we had ice inside our windows. This place is horrible.

These heartless people had young men in below freezing, single digit temps this evening! There is currently a wind chill advisory. There is ice everywhere and they are in a neighborhood that clearly says no soliciting. I am FAR more concerned about the frost bitten man at my door who’s face was SO red I tried to get him to come in. He could hardly hold his leaflets. I am absolutely disgusted they were out in these unsafe conditions. I have reported them to the BBB AND OSHA and I hope they get fined. I called customer service and they didn’t seem to care one bit. Use a service that cares a LOT more about their people because this makes me sick.
Baltimore has issued a Code Blue through Friday and you send people out in this, it should be illegal if its not!
It’s so cold, the Baltimore City Health Department has declared a Code Blue Alert through Friday.
The Health Commissioner declares a Code Blue Alert during periods of extreme cold weather. Code Blue is a multi-​agency effort to reduce hypothermia deaths during the winter months by protecting our City’s homeless, seniors and other vulnerable populations.
The Health Commissioner may declare a Code Blue alert based on the following criteria:
When temperatures, including wind chill, are expected to be 13 °F or below. This threshold can be reached by having a temperature at or below 20 °F with 5 mph sustained winds or a temperature at or below 25 °F with 15 mph sustained winds.
When other conditions (i.e. strong winds, forecasted precipitation for more than two hours, extended periods of cold, sudden cold after a warm period) are deemed by the Health Commissioner to be severe enough to present a substantial threat to the life or health of vulnerable Baltimore citizens.

Don’t use these guys. Check them out on the BBB website as well as Angie’s list. They also operate under Prestige Windows and Siding. These guys do door to door sales and prey on people that don’t know any better. Their salespeople don’t care if you have a «No Soliciting» sign at the entrance of your neighborhood.
Use a reputable company that cares about people. Not these guys.

These guys did my grandmothers roof. I was a little hesitant at first but the repi talked to was actually a nice kid. More importantly, Prestige was exactly what I hoped for. They offered one of the best roofs on the market and definitely one of the best warranties out there, at a very fair price (I got a couple other quotes). No complaints.
