Established in 2013.

Power Factor is a Commercial/​Residential Electrical Contractor. Known as an Industry Innovator and Solar leader in the field. We have thousands of installs to our credit. We have designed, constructed and deployed systems used by our military. We always use the highest quality material and deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exemplary quality control and safety planning.

We are a Baltimore based Solar and Electrical company. Not only is Power Factor specialized in the solar industry we our also knowledgeable licensed electricians. This is hard to find with many companies in the same industry that specialized in both fields. We stand out for our expertise. Manager

* 20 years in the electrical field. Worked in over 18 States. Have major solar projects installed and operational in 2 countries outside of the U.S.

* Designed and Developed several patents for ground fault trip operation in a multi cluster inverter system. To date this is the only ground fault protection device in use and deployed. The first and only to receive CERDEC approval.

* Have worked with engineers around the globe to deploy the largest ever alternative energy systems in war zones. Systems have generated more green power than any other system in Untied States Military history. This system was briefed by Congress. (SUNDIAL)

* Trained inspection agencies throughout MD when adapting solar code. (2006)

* Worked on Military and GSA contracts since 2008.

* Worked with local utility companies in disaster areas, to restore power during storms across the Continental US.
