What a nasty woman waiting on me she gave me a cold pretzel and then I asked for a hot one so she wanted to microwave it I said no she gave me another pretzel that was ice cold. I told her no I wanted a refund because both pretzels were cold she absolutely would not give me a refund or a pretzel and was a screaming lunatic so I wasted my money and got zero hopefully this place folds because you should not treat a customer like that absolutely not she would not give her name her bosses name nothing and then she walked in the back would you buy from her? Actually I would give it a zero rating or a –50!!!

I got an almond glazed pretzel. They dipped the pretzel into a simple syrup looking mixture, rolled it in nut crumble, then microwaved. The dough itself wasn’t particularly soft or tasty. While the nuts were okay, the glaze had an artificial alcohol-ey aftertaste.
