During a 55-minute PEAK Training Session, your heart rate will be elevated through cardio interval exercising and functional strength training. The class is divided into two groups, each training for 25 minutes at a station. One group will be performing muscle building exercises as part of a floor routine and the other will be performing High Intensity Interval Training using rowers and treadmills. Halfway through the session, the groups will switch stations. Throughout the entire PEAK Training Session, you heart rate will be monitored and displayed on a TV. We finish the session with a 5 minute cool down and stretch. Once completed, your heart rate statistics will be emailed to you along with the total calories burned during the class. This information will allow you to track your workouts and get you to your PEAK Performance!

Business Owner
Paul Breen, co-Founder and General Manager of PEAK Performance Training, graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2006. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has extensive experience helping clients tone muscle, lose fat and change the shape of their body. His years of knowledge in injury prevention and rehabilitation make him a well rounded trainer who can balance intensity, precision and safety to get maximum results.
