Parking Panda

Wow! I actually had a little problem with the parking garage in Boston (31 Tremont St), but after contacting customer service it took them a whole 2 HOURS to correct the error. Now that’s great customer service. I will use them again without hesitation.

I used this app after a friend told me about it and I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the «pandascan» and couldn’t be happier about my experience! Great price, great service :) Highly recommend this to any traveler!

Used this service a number of times around Baltimore and DC. Very simple to search, select and prepay for parking. Directions to the garages are very clear.

I commute to NYC from North Jersey every day for work and one of my colleagues told me about this app. Knowing where I am going every day and being able to take advantage of the online-​only discounts and not have to worry about paying on-​site is a no brainer! Have told many friends about this app. Great Idea. Kudos to Parking Panda.

I used PP for parking for an event I was attending in Baltimore. The garage was close to the venue, plus there was a special code for the event that provided an additional discount. Easy to use and it saved me money, that’s my kind of ap!

I don’t understand the advantage here. I used parking panda for a garage for 2 days in San Francisco. When leaving, there is a barcode which scans the app and is supposed to let you out. The garage scanner wasnt able to read the barcode. Had to call for help. It seemed like a common problem to the parking attendant — I got the response «oh are you using Parking Panda?». I was finally let out after 5 minutes of frustration. On top of that, it would have been $ 10 cheaper to just pay the garage directly upon exiting.

Great user experience with this service. Flew into San Francisco and went on a road trip down the coast with the girls. Needed parking in a few different cities and found this app. It saved me so much money and is really easy to use. I made a mistake with one of my reservations and their customer service team fixed it right away.
Found a great garage pretty close to Union Square in San Francisco. Around $ 35 for two days of parking, an absolute steal. Had a very similar experience in Los Angeles. I would definitely recommend this app!

Recently my husband and I were staying the night in DC, when we got to the hotel we soon realized parking at the hotel was going to be $ 60, just for the night. We sat there for a moment and I remembered how I have used parking panda before and how great it is. So we pulled over, and with in minutes we found a parking garage for $ 25 for the night, andddddd it was only a block away from our hotel! Was so easy to book and pull in and out of the garage with the scanner they had. I know now whenever I am going to the city I will be using parking panda

Knowing exactly where I was going to park, that there would be a space waiting for me, and payment was going to be easy? I definitely recommend it!

PP makes finding parking a breeze. Beats driving around looking for garages, looking for prices etc. From the comfort of my home or car, I book my parking in advance, price included, and know exactly where and how much immediately. Such a relief. Discounts don’t hurt either! It’s the only way I park in the city these days!

I don’t pay for parking often, but when I do — I do it through parking panda.

Parking is a pain, especially when I find myself in a city I’ve never been to before. After about 2 years of app usage, haven’t run in to a problem yet with Panda.

Makes parking in the city less stressful and the app is simple to use. I would recommend it to anyone who is not familiar with the city especially if they are downtown for a crowded event.

My friends know I am not the best driver. Combine that with the fact that I often don’t know where I am going and you end up with boom, smash, crash. However, with Parking Panda I know exactly where I am going and the process is painless. No one loves parking but the app makes it easy! BONUS: It was cheaper online than the garage!

I hate parking. I love Parking Panda! It took away all the stress of heading downtown (during holiday shopping season no less) and wondering if I’d be abel to find a spot in any reasonable amount of time.

Parking Panda is the best! I live in Chicago, and it is so expensive to park here. I can finally park in the garage next to my apartment at a significantly cheaper rate. The app is so easy and convenient.

Parking Panda made my parking experience so easy. It was so nice to not have to worry about finding a parking spot in the busy Chicago loop during the morning rush hour. Plus I paid $ 5 less than what the garage was charging! I’ll definitely use it again!

Great service! I made a reservation in Baltimore during the big Star Spangled Spectacular… I knew parking would be a hassle but it ended up being super easy. Purchased my space online and my spot was saved for me. It was fun watching all the crazy drivers sitting in traffic after I had already parked in my spot. Turns out they also have an app which is now on my phone. Will definitely use again!

I needed a parking spot for a class I was taking near a hotel. Rather than pay the hotel parking fee, I decided to try this service. It saved me money, but here is my issue. I initially set it to book my parking space for seven days. Only after I paid and printed theconfirmation it state: «You are only allowed on entry and one exit within the time listed above». I called their service center and was told that once I parked in the spot, and left one time, I would forfeited the remaining time (for me six days!). Are you crazy? Why tell me after I book and pay for the space. Thank God I read the confirmation completely.
In order to book the spot for the way I needed, I had to create and purchase seven diffierent days each with its own confirmation number. This is convoluted and I can’t believe they don’t have something on their site to allow the booking of multiple days with the ability to come and go daily.
Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this serice. Please read your confirmation, it may have something that you weren’t informed of during the booking process.
