As our unique cuisine continues to grow and improve, we focus not only on how our food tastes but also where it comes from.

History

Established in 2003.

Neopol founder Barbara Lahnstein has spent the last 20 years combining her love of food and art. She started from very humble beginnings at her local farmer’s markets. Soon, the high demand for her unique brand of smoked and savory foods encouraged her to open Metropol Café and Art Gallery. After four years here, with business quickly growing and a desire for on-​site smoking, Neopol Savory Smokery was born. Today, at Belvedere Square, Neopol Savory Smokery has become a family business as Barbara has partnered with her son, Dorian. Dorian has been instrumental in developing the image of Neopol. His mission is to cultivate a worldwide following and a budding distribution business using the same simple principles of Barbara’s vision– great food and great quality.
