We called this company and were quoted a price of $ 29 for the service call and $ 59 for the actual work of drilling a lock in a storage facility. When the locksmith arrives, he said it was a «high security lock» and that the drilling fee would be $ 169 in addition to the $ 29 for the service call. He «reduced» it is $ 131 for cash payment. He insisted that the price quoted on the telephone was «the beginning price.» We had to pay it as it was late on a Saturday and we needed to get going, but we really feel cheated. THE ACTUAL SERVICE TOOK HIM THREE MINUTES FOR WHICH HE CHARGED THE RIDICULOUS $ 131 FEE. I have the receipt, but there is no address, telephone number or email on it. I do have the phone number of the locksmith, Moshe Sayag, which is 202 277‑8692. The title on his card is ²⁴⁄₇ Locksmith Services and it covers the Washington DC — Maryland — Virginia area. There are several others with very similar names

Lost my car key in the blizzard. Eli made it through the snow and saved my life lol! He was here with in the hour and was finished in less than 10 mins. The key works very well. All buttons function properly and he was the cheapest person around! Every other place was charging $ 100-​$ 150 more! Will be referring him to everyone!

Great service. Called on a Saturday to change 2 front door locks. They were at the address within 30 minutes, had everything changed and cleaned up in 20 minutes or so. Prompt, efficient, tidy, and reasonably priced. The technician was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend.

Hired ²⁴⁄₇ Locksmith Services for complete overhaul after close of escrow (service, rekeyed, modified and/​or replaced all locks). Very professional & courteous from original quote to completion that day. Highly recommended!

My daughter had locked herself out of her house at night with no shoes or coat when the door slammed behind her. We called ²⁴⁄₇ for a quote. We were told it was $ 19 for the service call and then the average front door unlock was $ 35. Knowing locksmiths normally charge more than the quote we expected around a $ 100 would be the actual charge. When the man arrived, he told her this was not a standard lock and he would need to charge her an additional $ 189. When asked what a standard lock was she was told a bedroom lock. Well she was not locked out of her bedroom. Being it was late at night in a new city that she had just moved to she felt she had no choice. Less than 1 minute later, she was in the house. We called to complain and request a partial refund and we were told that they do not do refunds. They were under the impression that the driver replaced her door knob but even after explaining it was not replaced, they still would do nothing. We were then told if she didn’t want into her house and thought the fee was to high, she could have paid him the $ 19 and called someone else .I am not sure how she could do that since she is locked out and her purse is in the house. They eventually hung up on me. This place is a rip off. They lure you in while you are in a bad situation and tell you their costs are reasonable and then jack that up once they arrive. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
