Hate it here! Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to ever! The services was slow and rude. The food was really cold too.

This is a McDonalds. Short review just to mention the interior and customer service. The interior was remodeled and now has TV’s, booths, and free wifi. Looks like a high-end McDonalds but the issue here is the customer service. We came here for breakfast on a Sunday and it took more than 20 – 30 minutes to get a simple order of a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and hash browns. You would think going to McDonald’s would be a 5 – 10 minute wait for food. Unfortunately not. In addition, just a tip but if you aren’t eating at McDonalds and you park in their lot, YOUWILLGETTOWED.

This was my first visit to this location. I decided that I deserved an egg white delight after a run through the harbor. My egg white delight was toasted just right. This a newer McDonald’s, so the interior is contemporary designed with a mix of autumn colors. I was initially disappointed that there was no outdoor seating, but they had multiple flat screens and faux leather chairs tucked in a corner so I was pleased. I must say the restaurant was very clean. What needs to be worked on is customer service. Something was off this morning; for whatever reason, the drive thru attendant was using the counter register. I did not immediately realize this and walked up to her register only to realize that she wasn’t talking to me. She walked away, other employees walked pass while carrying on conversation with each other. One young lady noticed me standing there and she mumbled something about whatever the problem was as she walked away. I stood and waited to be properly greeted and it didn’t happen. I saw multiple employees walking around and it was not clear to me why there was such a delay to tend to my order. Eventually a young lady reluctantly came over to get my order, I say reluctantly because I got the impression that she was hoping someone else would get to me. While they walked past it seemed as though they were intentionally not making eye contact with me because then they would have to acknowledge my existence. What’s up with that?! I hope management sees this post and really works with the staff to improve customer service. I understand that sometimes things happen that can throw your crew out of their normal groove, however they must know the importance of greeting and acknowledging a customer properly makes a big difference. I appreciate that McDonald’s employs young people, but please work with them. I will be back and hopefully next time it will be better.

We parked here to go to Starbucks before McDonald’s and they tried to tow our car still. Bottom line this place is so stingy I wouldn’t be surprised if they skimped out on soap.

Went through the drive thru once though I’ve never set foot inside this McDonald’s. Ordering was easy and the employees were nice enough to guide me through this new(and useless) format of the menu. My order came out correctly and promptly. No qualms. Good and fast!

They charge for tap water. While not technically illegal, it’s still inhospitable as hell. I know you have potable water; is it really such a huge expense to share it with me?

yes had this same unfortunate towing experience here today… so sad that this is how they get their money now. They have to get it somehow I guess because it was the lunch hour and the parking lot was EMPTY and there was ONE car in the drive thru.

I agree with Mike B. I was charged for a 4th dipping sauce with 20 McNuggets! Miss Attitude threw the bag at me without a word, turned and walked off. It took 3 minutes to get someone’s attention to get that 4th sauce that no other McDonald’s on Earth would try to charge you for… I guess I went really too far when I asked for a cup of water and was told«We don’t give out water, ever.» After I got a full refund and went to Subway instead, a car was being towed from the parking lot! Looked like the same parking spot!

Fast, friendly and cheap. Free WiFi. Satellite TV. Plenty of parking. It’s McDonald’s people. You should have realistic expectations

Food is what you expect out of Mcdonalds and I havent experienced any kind of bad customer service. I just wanted to warn everyone about their coffee. ITSUCKS! I have definitely had some good iced coffee from other Mcds and this place is just the worst. It either has no sugar or flavor whatsoever or it is TOO sweet and undrinkable. I tried giving this place a bunch of chances to see if I have just been unlucky, but they just suck at making coffee.

Good grief! I agree with the other posters. McDonald’s is McDonald’s, and I don’t expect much, but this is so incredibly terrible that I felt compelled to comment. The rude customer service is one thing, but we brought the toddler with us, and they don’t have high chairs. How is that even possible?! Definite fail.

It would appear that this McDonalds is being run and staffed by a pack of drunk garden gnomes. I have been there a couple of times for something simple, like a shake, or a Nuggets meal(No assembly required). every time i have gone, something is missing, incorrect, or so late that I could have driven 20 minutes to the other McDonalds and gotten my meal sooner. When i ask for Buffalo sauce, I’m not speaking in tongues. I don’t want extra napkins. I don’t want a child size water cup. I don’t want Sweet and Sour sauce and i DAMN sure don’t want Bar — B — Que. The last time i checked, a 5 piece chicken selects meal should contain fries, a drink, and 5 pieces of chicken. Now, I’m no rocket scientist, but how many chicken«Selects» does a little baby piece of chicken, plus 2 whopping pieces of that crusty breading from the bottom of the bag add up to? my guess would be 0. not 5. Still not sure why i even went back.

I love McDonald’s. I remember eating 20 piece chicken nuggets as a 3rd grader and loving it. I love the Big Mac because it makes me full and happy. That being said, this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and I have been there 4 times because I love McDonald’s that much that I will keep giving it a chance but I had to Unilocal this one because of the horrible service and the horrible quality of food. The average wait time at this place is like 20 minutes. The last two times I came here, I had to wait 30 minutes and I ordered a big mac meal and I was one of only two customers there. The bread is noticeably very hard and dry and I had to ask for different chicken nuggets the last time I ordered because the guy who made my chicken nuggets didn’t even put gloves on but used his hands and picked them up then wiped his nose right in front of me. My love for McDonald’s has definitely been tainted. I will continue to come back but just not to this one.
