McDonald’s

If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re so damn slow. Any time of the day they’re slow. Why have a menu when you tell me to go to the Window. I just want a damn drink.

Stopped in to get Breakfast on my way to work. The line’s were long, the cashier was doing her best, but still not good enough. Finally got my sandwich, on my way to work. I normally eat my breakfast between nine and ten, so of course it was cold by then. I heat the sausage egg muffin up in the microwave, take a bite, and then take the top muffin off to add pepper, and I see a piece of hair on my egg!!! Talk about an instant upset stomach UuuuHHH. Wrap the sandwich back up, call the McDonald’s, to ask for the manger, and owner’s name. I could get neither, The owner’s number, they claim, to not have, but I can go on the website, and file a complaint. Really, I mean really!!! At any rate a young lady got on the phone she apologized, said she was the assistant manger, offered to refund my money, and compensate me with anything else I wanted. I think the refund will do, and I will find the owner information.
