Being in the real estate business, it is important to be equipped with great resources to refer to my clients. I never go wrong with my referral of Mason & Carter.

I have been with Read Carter since 1999 and I have nothing but excellent things to say. At first we just had our home insured but then over the years they have insured our Autos /​Instruments /​renters insurance. They are always looking out for the best rates and advise us when to change companies. My most recent experience came just last week when out of the blue the State of Maryland contacted me to advise my vehicle was uninsured for 12 days back in 2008. Read contacted the state of Maryland and submitted a form to indicate that I was in fact insured and waived the $ 175.50 Had I not contacted him I would have paid the fee but decided.

For years I got all my insurance from the direct providers, usually GEICO. Then I married an expert in the insurance industry, and she told me about how a good agency can really make a difference.
She was right… and Mason & Carter has been exemplary.
I ran into some issues with the provider themselves, which was totally not M&C’s fault. But they worked with me, addressed the issues, and made sure my coverage didn’t lapse. I could not be happier with the service, and the price is very good. I went ahead and added some other insurance besides my auto policy, and they were very helpful in guiding me to the right policy.
I haven’t had to make a claim (knock on wood), and hopefully never will, but for now, I can only say great things about Mason & Carter.
