My favorite caramel lattes and super friendly owner/operators to match. Every Saturday morning in the summer of 2014 I met them at Baltimore Museum of Industry’s Farmer’s Market. I would get a latte and go about my fresh veggie shopping.

I was lucky enough(see what I did there?) to stumble on the Lucky Cup Espresso Truck one morning while at the farmer’s market at the Museum of Industry. The farmer’s market I usually go to has several coffee options so I was very excited to try something new. I saw Lucky Cup at the Gathering at M&T Bank earlier this year, but hadn’t saved any room for coffee after sampling all of the other trucks. I am so sad I missed the opportunity to try them earlier. At the farmer’s market, I ordered a maple ginger latte and my life hasn’t been the same since. The two women running the truck were very friendly and sweet and obviously know exactly what they’re doing. I think I walked around in a haze all morning nursing my latte, just repeating«this is so good» over and over in disbelief like a zombie. We went out to breakfast later that morning and I made my boyfriend wait for ten minutes in the car while I finished the cup so that I wouldn’t be rushed through it. It was that good, perfectly warm, creamy, and only just so slightly sweet, with the kind of spice that you could only dream of getting from a pumpkin spice latte. Seriously, this latte was meant for fall, and not mass-market let’s pumpkin everything, but that spending time with friends and family, a warm sweater and a slight chill in the air kind of fall. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since and can’t wait to get another one. My only dilemma is now that I know how good one latte is, how could I resist trying some of their other options, which include temptations like lavender mocha latte and a chai tea latte that has cayenne in it? If you see the crazy girl walking around with three lattes from Lucky Cup in their hands because she just couldn’t make a decision, that’s me. Come say hi and then go get yourself one immediately.

Ran across Lucky Cup in Baltimore near the harbor at an event. The owners were very friendly, the iced coffees were great, and they even had a delicious vegan coconut chai brownie! She said they appear weekly at BMI farmers market. They had a slew of other drink options, and next time I’ll try one. Recommended!

With unique flavors and combinations along with amazing house made syrups, lucky cup expresso truck is truly a marvel and rare find! Will look for the lucky cup truck at each event I go to now! Thanks!
