Very slimy agent. Watch out if you are working with Joe Mihalik. After the seller and I had negotiated a price on a property (a property that had been sitting in the market for 9 mos) Joe refused to submit the paperwork to the seller in a timely manner, in order to allow a second offer to come in and thus drive up the price. However, he also owns the dilapidated house next door to the property in negotiations. Not only was his behavior a conflict of interest, it was unethical from multiple perspectives. Very disheartening experience for a first-​time homebuyer.
