Very nice workers. I got my smoothie in less than 2 minutes! It’s very yummy too. There is lots of flavors to choose from. But pretty expensive

Awful service– took forever and the smoothie itself barely had any flavor. Tasted like ice with food coloring.

Props to Jamba Juice for a stellar location at BWI! It’s right when you get through security so if you’re in need of a refreshment before your flight it’s perfect. I’m usually not one for Jamba Juice but wanted something quick and healthy before my flight so it was the best option for me. Paid, waited a minute and it was ready, staff was super friendly as well which I wasn’t expecting in such a busy airport All in all, a pleasant experience!

There’s no better way to hydrate than to grab a fresh made frozen juice blend of you’re choice at Jamba Juice. The service was excellent at this conveniently located juice bar inside the airport after the security check point. They close exactly at 9PM so plan accordingly…

Not all airports have healthy(er) suggestions to choose from when traveling so I almost always stop by Jamba Juice when I am traveling especially in the morning. Their staff is always attentive and courteous and they get your smoothies out to you pretty quickly. Not interested in a smoothie? Don’t worry, there are other things to choose from like breakfast wraps and PopChips(I love PopChips!!) I also love the fact that you can boosts in your smoothies for only .25 cents… need some more vitamins or protein? Boost it up! And did I mention that their staff is nice? It’s probably because they are around colorful fruits and vegetables all day and who can help but smile when they’re surrounded by nutritious, tasty goodness? Oh and they now have almond milk!!! Score!

This was my first time getting Jamba Juice. They left a good first impression on me. Got a purple fruit smoothie that name that I forgot. It was really good. I really like how they make their smoothies without adding sugar. I also could barely eat dinner because I could not stop drinking! I can’t believe it is rated so poorly.

Jamba Juice is generally pretty good, but this location spit out a lame smoothie. Very weak fruit flavor, like it was at least 50% ice. I don’t care if it IS an airport — for $ 6+ it’s a total ripoff.

Super nice guy working the counter made my pregnant wife’s day with a great smoothie. I was surprised when I started this review that they didn’t get five out of five stars, I guess we just got lucky with customer service.

Nothing under their specialty description of serving times for items. I ordered an oatmeal and was told they only serve oatmeal in the morning. No idea how dificult it is to heat up water and drop some oats in but i really dislike when a business pass up a profit for a simple accommodation. There was no one else around, you and your buddy are sitting around behind yhe counter, lets get this guy an oatmeal and take his $ 5. But thats just me.

Good smoothie but the friendly and entertaining staff is what made this such a good experience for me!

Ok so it’s a chain, I know, but this Jamba Juice is a great find in an airport. It will hit the spot if you have a hankering for something sweet without all the guilt. You can make any of the classic smoothies«light» to cut the calories(and risk a case of the runs later if your GI doesn’t like the sorbitol). The cashier was helpful and cheerful. The whole transaction was less than 3 min from order to smoothie being made. You can also add supplements including whey protein and Kale! Kale, so hipster. Love it!

My first time trying Jamba Juice. With the juice craze being the next best thing and Jamba Juice leading that ju-ju train I had high expectations going in. Man was I disappointed! I ordered the Apple and Greens. What I got was sour green mud with chunks of leaves. It’s supposed to have apples, mango, strawberries and kale. It’s not fruity nor is it tasty. Very thick, tasteless and not worth $ 6. Total slop. And why does it smell like fish?

Jamba Juice in BWI is pretty decent. It’s a small kiosk located in the airport flanked by a number of other stores and restaurants. The service was fine for what it was — quick and simple. The juice itself is decent. I had a peanut butter and chocolate shake allegedly made healthy through the inclusion of oatmeal powder. The juice itself was good, but overly thick and a bit bland. I liked it, but was not exactly in love with it. Given the difficulty, I was not able to finish it all.

Love finding a JJ in an airport when I’m already in a bad mood. This place has nice people and is very convenient right at the entrance to B concourse right past security. ENJOY!

Growing up on the west coast, I grew to love Jamba Juice. The total lack of franchises on the east coast is still heart wrenching to me, so any chance to stop past when I fly out of BWI is a real treat. The service is right on par with all of the other spots behind security, which is to say, not the greatest, but they are relatively quick, friendly enough and still putting out a top notch product, so I can’t really complain too much, I mean, at the end of the day it’s still an airport kiosk location. I’ve come to realize that there are some places to get fresh shakes that are on par with Jamba Juice on the east coast, but that swirly cup still tugs at my heart strings all of these years(ugh, decade?!) later.

Ok — I got what I wanted though it took awhile and it wasn’t as good as I remember it to be — not sure why. Maybe the service just left a bad taste in my mouth — not sure, but out of all the JJ’s I’ve been to — this one rates pretty high up on the«I think not» list. Thankfully I know enough to add an extra shot, which can at times take away some grittiness — but even so — the price and taste at this place falls flat to the dirty floor! I will mark this one down as a place NOT to return to!

I so enjoy having a Jamba while I’m traveling as I find their smoothies very comforting and even rejuvenating during my layover. I usually get the mango a go go and it’s always delicious.

Looking for«clean» breakfast options at the airport is like trying to find a single guy under 30 who isn’t afraid of commitment. So I went to the self-proclaimed all natural Jamba Juice. The«all fruit» includes a healthy portion of sweetened purée/juice and not actual pieces if fruit. The breakfast wraps are just all around pretty gross and full of artificial crud. They are regular fast-food masquerading as healthy options; I regret spending $ 9 here. That being said, I think some of the limitations are because it’s an airport location, no ta full Jamba. The best smoothie on the menu is the Carribbean Passion. Also, the boosts don’t make it gritty and weird tasting(I’m looking at you Smoothie King) which is nice.

This place is totally inefficient. You would think being in an AIRPORT that they would carefully consider and implement an efficient process to make and serve the smoothies as quickly as possible. I waited a full 15 minutes before getting my smoothie– ATANAIRPORT. I ordered, and a full 10 minutes later, I see them putting my ingredients in a blender. They basically get 5 orders, then make them all at once, instead of making one order at a time. I finally said something when they started pouring the smoothies that were ordered AFTER me, before mine. I fly Southwest all the time so I pass by this stand, and now I will think twice before ordering again. My zone was already boarding by the time I got to my gate. Inefficient and a waste of my time for a $ 6 smoothie.
