I had an issue with my charging port on my Iphone 5S and iPhoneAid fixed the issue in just a few minutes! I work in downtown B-​more and it was just a 20 minute walk from the Inner Harbor. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys and return for future repairs. Great customer service.

So, only two weeks after my repair, my repaired phone’s face is cracked. I had an iPhone 4 for over two years and a 6 for at least a year, and only had a crack once. Now, after two weeks, my phone first gets scratches and then cracks. Maybe it is just highly improbable coincidence (thus the 2 star rating instead of 1), but I surmise that the quality of the face that was used is not inferior to original iPhone parts (which a sign on the door states clearly that they don’t use). I think I am going to fix it this time at Capitol Mac in Fells Point with some real iPhone parts.

WOO-​HOO. I have broken the same iphone6 twice. Horrible repair job done at a mall kiosk, and this time set up an appointment (lots to choose from) at iPhoneAid online at their website and went there. Terrific experience. He finished it early, the phone works perfectly, sold me a screen protector at a low retail price. John is knowledgeable and professional and since he is the owner of this small local business he clearly has the interests and satisfaction of his customers as a primary goal. I can see why they have been chosen as Best in Baltimore by Baltimore magazine.
It is in Federal Hill, fairly far down Light St, but parking was easy. I don’t live close, but will go here again. The travel time is worth it.

I easily made an appointment online. John was friendly, professional and efficient. I’m very happy with the result. The price was what I expected to pay after shopping around. He also sold me a very good very reasonably priced protective case and tempered glass screen protector Hopefully I never break my screen again but I know where to go.

I can not say anything but great things about iphoneaid. They are responsive, flexible, and the best in baltimore at what they do. My phone was bent in half and shattered, and now it’s good as new. Highly recommend.

I took my shattered iPhone 6 here because of the reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. Very fast, very professional, and my screen looks like new. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair. The way I treat my phones, I’m sure I’ll be back.

I brought in my completely dead iPhone 6 that had gonna swimming in a toilet a few days prior to see what could be done to help with my 6. I didn’t have much hope for the 6 and he even told me that most of the 6’s with water damage had met a similar sad fate, but he agreed to look at my phone anyway. I showed him my beat up 4s (3 out of 4 buttons were broken) and told him that this why I was working with if the 6 didn’t revive. We had a good laugh and he told me even though he didn’t really do anything with 4s phones anymore, if he couldn’t fix the 6, he would fix the 4s. After looking at the 6, he text me and let me know it wasn’t going to be able to be fixed so I made an appointment and he fixed my 4s in under an hour. He even fixed the volume button for free! Now it won’t be hell to wait until March when I can upgrade. So grateful I found this place and will be referring all my friends!

Great service! I got my phone fixed about two months ago for $ 99. I dropped my phone and the screen popped out. They put it back in free of charge!

Having your phone die on you is a stressful event and so it was when my trusty iPhone 4’s screen flickered and went out. I didn’t freak out completely because this had happened before and it’s only the screen that needed replacing and at iPhoneaid, I got it for $ 79 plus 6 months warranty, which is less than getting a new phone plus the iPhone 4 is a solid device.
The store is different from typical cellphone repair places, it has a «spa”-like setting, with paintings for sale and comfy chairs for the agitated device-​owner to wait. I made my appointment in advance on their website so I could get it done in an hour.
The owner, John is very meticulous and knowledgeable! Be sure to let him know of any other quirks or issues that your phone has before dropping it off. I didn’t realize mine had an antenna-​related issue along (it had been dropped on its head many times) and so he tried to text and email me, but I said it was ok, and the problem was pre-​existing one, plus I had the screen replaced before.
Overall, good service and location.
(I wish they did Macbooks too…)

Had a broken iPhone 6 screen and had it fixed in under an hour! Went here because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. The $ 129 price tag was still a lot less than replacing my whole phone, and they even gave me a free screen protector because it didn’t fit exactly right. Would def recommend!

I’ve used this place a bunch of times (I happen to be very clumsy). This past time, I didn’t have my receipt. Their policy is very clear that you need a past receipt to be under warranty. However, they were so very nice and replaced it anyways. It is so convenient and quick. I would recommended them to everyone!

I broke the charging port on my iPhone by cleaning it a little to aggressively and was in need of a repair. Fortunately when I looked on the web for a local shop, I found iPhoneAid! The owner was at the counter when I stopped in around 2pm on a weekday and he promptly took note of the issue and said he would have it repaired by the end of the day. I got an email about 3 hours later stating it was ready and I was in and out with my new newly fixed phone shortly after.
I’ve fixed several broken screens myself in the past, but replacing the charging port was a little beyond my comfort level. iPhoneAid was fast and courteous and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a phone repair! I was glad to support a local business. Definitely check them out!

I had to go back to the store the second time for AN unrelated repair. They fixed the issue at a discounted rate because I had been to the store before. You can’t beat that. It’s where to get service of this type these days.

Cracked by iPhone 5c screen was fixed in under an hour for 99 bucks! Friendly service I was told to hold onto my receipt because they have a one year warrantee! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Made an appointment and my screen was fixed within 30 minutes. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Told me to save my receipt so I can bring the phone back if the digitizer gave me any problems, but it’s working great so far!

Great service! I was in and out quickly! If you make your appt online, it’s finished in 30 mins. Located in a great spot in fed hill so you can just walk to a coffee shop and wait. Had the phone a few days and no problems!!!

Friendly, fast, and easy! I made my appointment online and my iPhone screen was repaired within 15 minutes of my arrival at the store. Plus, they set everything up so it’s very easy to contact them.

If there’s one thing I like more than skank puss and weed, it’s good, old fashioned business. When I went in the guy was clear about his business, including all of the possible risks of his service (which were not relevant, but he wanted to inform me that they had happened). And what says more about a business than its product? I got a screen replacement that took about an hour when I scheduled an appointment, just enough time for me to have four or five drinks at a nearby bar (The Brewers Cask) and get drunk enough to write Unilocal review.
Summary: This place gets the job done.

Alright alright… so I’m accident prone. I mean what do you expect? For me to keep an iPod in my possession and somehow not break it? Took me four years, but I finally managed to live up to my reputation and dropped that bad boy right on the cold hard pavement. Totally obliterated the iPod screen. For a couple of days, it still worked and managed to play but I knew my luck would run out eventually. Thus, I hopelessly began searching for a miracle. Obviously that «miracle» was to find a business to fix my iPod which wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg… literally. So what did I do? I began a tireless Unilocal search, which is when I stumbled upon iPhoneAid.
The hours of operation weren’t in my favor (closed Sunday/​Monday) but I figured everyone needs a day off. Dropped off my iPod here on a Tuesday at noon and got a call at 1:30ish that the iPod had been fixed and was ready for pickup. Great turnaround time! Parking was a little difficult (its fed/​locust point — so don’t expect it to be easy folks) but I managed to find a quick spot. Walked in and was greeted by the owner, I assume… he was super friendly and even put a screen protector on my iPod for no additional charge. Cost me $ 59, I was in and out within 5 minutes time and with a perfectly working non-​cracked iPod.
*Super important to note that I saw a few signs hanging up around the digs stating incentives for free screen protectors, as well as military discounts. I’m not military but I love businesses that give back to the men and women who serve our country everyday! I highly recommend this place not only for the customer service but the overall value of the service provided. Essentially, I spent less on getting my iPod fixed than I would spending a night on the town. What a lifesaver. I’m totally stoked!
