Established in 1980, Investors United is America’s

oldest school dedicated exclusively to teaching the techniques of successful real estate investing. On-​campus and online, Members enjoy a comprehensive curriculum taught by distinguished faculty, state-​of-​the-​art real estate resources, and personal coaching. The school’s method is described by its motto: «Earn while you learn.»

Business Owner

Ian Charles Parrish is recognized as one of the Baltimore area’s most influential real estate experts. A professional real estate investor, Ian has successfully mentored more than 1,000 people to enhance their earning power while revitalizing communities.

In light of his initiatives, Ian was named «Young Entrepreneur of the Year» by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and has earned official Citations from both the Mayor of Baltimore and the Governor of Maryland for his «outstanding leadership and commitment to the community.» He serves on The USA Today «Entrepreneur’s Panel,» was nominated among the Baltimore Business Journal’s «Top 40 Executives Under 40,» and was named one of Creative Real Estate Magazine’s «Most Informative People.» Listed in the Who’s Who of Public Speakers, he is a regular guest on numerous radio and television programs, and a frequent lecturer at area colleges and boards of Realtors.
