History

Established in 2007.

In 2007 I received my Master Hypnotist and Hypnotherapy certification through the Hypnotherapy Training Institute (HTI) in California. HTI was founded in 1978 as the first state certified and licensed hypnotherapy program in the country. HTI is located California, which, unlike most other states including Maryland, has a minimum number of hours of training to receive certification. I was thoroughly trained in the techniques of Regression, Dreamwork, and Parts Therapy and I also learned how to make effective change responsibly using tools beyond hypnosis such as Gestalt techniques, Psychosynthesis and EFT.

I am certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E.) which is the only major Hypnosis Certification organization in the US to require it’s schools to have the necessary state licensing.

I am also certified by The Newton Institute to facilitate the unique Life Between Live Regression process.

Meet the Business Owner

Carly P.

Business Owner

I received a degree in Pscyhology and Women’s Studies from the University of Michigan in 1996. Upon graduation I decided not to go immediately into a profession but instead to follow my heart as an artist and musician. Since then I have spent many years travelling the world and exchanging ideas with a vibrant community of forward thinking people. As I developed my own expression I became more and more interested in transporting myself and the audience into a trance state provoking change. After years of performing I discovered hypnosis as a tool that encompassed many of the ideas I was already involved with as well as providing a more direct relationship with motivated people. Becoming a hypnotherapist was the natural next step in my genesis as both an artist and a person motivated to help others explore their own inner worlds.
