Carol is wonderful. She books a lot of trips for my very large family, where it would be practically impossible for me, she does it with ease. She also booked my honeymoon which was fantastic. She travels herself and is a great source of information and advice. She works with your budget and makes sure you are taken care of. We even had to call her from the airport once because of a delayed and possibly cancelled flight and she was on top of it finding other flights to our location. She lessens the stress of traveling and planning. Highly recommended.

This is a cute little building right on the corner in Little Italy. I have used this agency many times while planning a trip. I know you can surf and hit a button and give them your credit card and you have your marvelous trip. I can honestly say most of the time that is what I do. As long as the trip I am planning is in the United States. I always used Inner Harbor when I am traveling to Europe or taking a cruise. The owner Carol Pennington is the one I contact for advice. She has lots of experiences with the cruise lines and can recommend great places and hotels in Europe. She has been showered with hotel rooms, trips, cruises so she can recommend them to her clients. Makes me just a little jealous when she returns from these trips and I hear about them. She also handles all the paper work and any problems that pop up. Like having Baltimore close the port when your ship is scheduled to leave. And to top it off there always is a bottle of wine in our hotel room when we reach our destination. Cheers!
