Thanks to the ongoing loyalty and support of our clients, family and friends, we are proud to introduce Henslee Conway Real Estate – a smaller brokerage with more to offer. Some might call it a boutique. We call it local and tuned-​in; a real alternative to the lumbering corporate Goliaths. Our focus is one-​on-​one creative service for our customers and clients. We are sophisticated without being pretentious.

Business Owner

Anne is a top-​notch communicator – a Baltimore native who covered the real estate industry as a journalist for the Baltimore Sun, worked as a corporate lobbyist and public relations maverick, and is a professional photographer. Her expanded knowledge base includes industry practices, market trends, neighborhoods, property staging and all things Baltimore.

Missy is the numbers guru and co-​owner of Henslee Conway Real Estate. Prior to starting her real estate business nearly a decade ago, she was an Actuary for the insurance industry and Professor of Mathematics at a local college. She is a keen negotiator who works with commercial investors as well as residential home owners and sellers.
