The selection recognizes Kevin Steven Harding’s commitment to excellence in Information Technology.

Harding, who studied electronics at the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocation Technical High School, and became an Aviation Electricians Mate in the US Navy, began working in his field in the military as a radio man third-​class petty officer.

With responsibilities that consisted of automated data processing for the crew aboard the USS Independence and the USS Kitty Hawk, Harding learned commitment and passion for his profession, giving him the courage and know how to open his own business down the road.
