John R.
Business Owner
John is the only Renzo Gracie Black Belt in the state of MD. He is a former pro fighter and celebrity bodyguard. John has trained with a who’s who of the Gracie family and many other world class grapplers. He is also the head coach for the MMA, BJJ team as well as the top kid’s competition team in Baltimore. We are very well established, producing champions in BJJ (gi and no gi), muay thai, MMA, and kid’s bjj for the last 15 years.
