Established in 1960.

Founded in October 1960 by Jerome A. Gross, CPA, and Martin S. Mendelsohn, CPA, the firm has built its reputation on core values, including creative solutions, outstanding client service and the belief in maintaining the highest quality and ethics in the accounting profession.

With nearly 30 years of service at the firm, David Goldner, CPA, CFP®, CVA, enjoys working with high net worth families and individuals, many of whom are business owners and investors in the real estate and construction, manufacturing and service sectors.

As a tax partner at Gross Mendelsohn, David provides integrated tax, investment, estate and financial planning services to high net worth families and individuals. He also provides business valuation services for estate, litigation and planning purposes, and is experienced in handling special situations such as the acquisition or sale of a business.

David also provides litigation support services and has qualified as an expert witness. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, David is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
