Frank Muher has handled three workman’s comp cases for me (yes, I’ve had a run of bad luck!) and one car accident. I could not be happier with the results.
From the moment you call his office, your case is handled with the attention and care it deserves. The whole team is warm, professional and timely. They work hard on your behalf to make sure you don’t slip through the cracks.
Frank Muher is a fighter for what he believes in, but he does it with class and decorum. He does not forget that he is working on your behalf. He has the attitude of a winner. Rather than bully the other side into meeting his demands, he uses his knowledge of the law as well as gentle persuasion to achieve amazing results.
If you’ve been in a car accident or have been injured while working, don’t let the other side convince you to do things their way. You should hire a competent attorney who is on your side. I once made the mistake of showing up to a hearing without representation many years ago and have always regretted it. During my last workman’s comp case, I had several members of my corporate offices’ legal department try to convince me to drop my case. I am so glad I listened to my wise lawyer!
