Freedom Fence and Home

I can’t say enough good things about Freedom Fence. Although my project — about a 50-​foot span of fence in our backyard — wasn’t a big one, the guys at Freedom Fence treated me as a valuable customer from the estimate all the way through the installation.
The estimate was much lower than any other company, and the work was top quality. My neighbor and I split the cost, and the crew did a great job. They finished very quickly (might have been about three-​to-​four hours, tops), and left the worksite clean and tidy.
I highly recommend Freedom Fence for any project, big or small. The way they handled my small job, I have no doubt they would handle big projects just as professionally. Thanks Freedom Fence!

Awesome Job! If you’re looking for a dependable and talented crew to build a deck in the Baltimore area, these are your guys!
I found them on Google, the manager Steve came out the day after I contacted them, took measurements and sent me the quote the very next day. They were at least $ 1000 less expensive than the next closest estimate. My wife and I were going on vacation, so Steve made provisions to ensure they were able to start (no doubt working evenings/​weekends) and get finished before we went — and after they started they worked diligently and met the deadline as promised! The team knocked it out in five days of hard work and kept me informed the entire time any time there was an issue (although I typically just told them to do what they thought was best — which is a safe bet when dealing with pros).
I designed the deck myself on Google sketch-​up and just handed over some screenshots to them. They literally replicated every last detail in the sketch up model. Particularly impressive was a glue-​laminated solid wood beam arch I had in the design to support an existing overhang. I had no idea how they were going to do it, but Steve said it was no problem, so I let them run with it. Shane, the lead contractor on-​site, was able to find a furniture manufacturer to custom fabricate the beam — and it is beautiful — a perfect match to my vision. Amazing!!!
My recommendation, if you go with these guys, is to just let them run with the project. These guys are professionals and are good at what they do — I don’t think they’ll lead you in the wrong direction.
