History

Established in 1995.

Metro II has been in business at the same location for over 20 years. As the technology changed so did the products and services. Metro II was always known to have the latest music playing along with the latest trends of communication for sale. From pagers and cassette tapes to CD’s and mobile phones Metro II was always stocked and ready to help you migrate to your new device.

In 2009 it was acquired by Forever Wireless to take it to its next chapter. Forever Wireless is a locally owned and operated chain of no contract cell phone solutions and a cellphone, tablet, laptop repair company. Among some cosmetic changes, a repair center was constructed to meet the needs of its customers.

Till today the essence of Metro II still exists in the store operated by Forever Wireless. The legacy of the latest music and gadgets to buy are still alive and well even today.

I have been in this business for 5+ years but been in customer service industry for over 10+ years. The wireless business is ever evolving and being aware of new trends is essential to being able to educate customers. I spend lots of time studying market research and trends to make sure we are providing our customers with the latest trends in products and services.
