We’ve been meeting customers’ needs for over 10 years throughout the growth of business and personal communication devices.

We started in the late nineties selling and servicing pagers throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area. As time passed and cell phones replaced pagers, we provided a place where you could get answers to your questions, repairs for your devices, and accessories to match your particular phone.

My passion is helping people out when they are in a bind. Knowledge is power, having that power and being able to give benefit to others is a gift that keeps on giving. I have been in this business for 5+ years but been in customer service industry for over 10+ years. The wireless business is ever evolving and being aware of new trends is essential to being able to educate customers. I spend lots of time studying market research and trends to make sure we are providing our customers with the latest trends in products and services.
