Considering the stellar competition just across the street (Doc’s) the personnel in this place is inexplicably unhelpful and downright rude. We mosied on in to peruse the ‘potpourri’ and made the grievous mistake of asking to view the product to check the ingredients. «They’re all the same. People buy them all», he snapped. There were over two dozen varieties and when my wife asked to see another after we had chose one, he groaned, «Look I’m not doing this all day. It’s just too busy. Just pick one!» Bewildered, we looked at each other then around the otherwise-​empty store «This is busy?» my wife asked. A joint this unprofessional does not live up to the moniker of «Charm City».
