This location is great for me. 4 minute walk. The service is ok. My issue is that they never have what I want at the ready. Every time I go there it’s «wait three minutes for this and 4 minutes for that». If I was getting a sandwich. I get it. To throw together my coffee. That’s silly. There is also always people as I walk into the store asking for money. Going forward I’ll drive to a normal store. This place is sad.

The BEST Customer service! The service s beyond great. It’s chikfila service with a Dunkin twist. The employees always have my drink made before I enter, they greet me with smiles and cheerful tones and always make the beginning of my day pleasant! Thanks for the positive energy! Best Dunkin donuts around!!!

This place was all right. I mean, it’s just an average DD, really. The staff was friendly, but a bit ridiculous about their bathroom. The bathroom is locked and they have to open with a buzzer and when I asked to use it(after I had eaten a donut and had been there for over 20 minutes) the woman asked me in a very rude tone, «DIDYOUBUYANYTHING?» I should also note that the woman that asked me that ACTUALLYHANDEDMEMYDONUT, so she should have known I bought something… Especially since, during the time I was there, only 3 other customers came in.

Things to accept: — It is in a half-abandoned strip mall under the JFX(83) — The donuts and coffee here are fresh — The service is friendly and it is under new management — Baltimore’s largest and most impactful homeless services center nearby, thus there are sometimes homeless people here — The management lets anyone in when it gets too hot or cold outside Support this locally-owned Dunkin and their desire to serve the most underserved!
