The best pizza ever! No kidding the crust is to die for. Everyone I’ve told about it and taken there, DeSantis becomes their regular eat out for pizza! Other dishes are great too and the prices especially on their special nights are fantastic.

I absolutely abhor downright rude waitstaff and my experience here was almost ruined if it weren’t for the good company I was in by a server with no common respect for people. We walked in casually on the night of the nba playoffs and thought we would grab the next available high top since no one stopped us on the way in and on previous occasions no one had said anything to us about finding our own bar seats. Even so such a small mistake could have been handled with better manners. As we walked over she condescendingly barked at us «you guys have to ask the hostess for a seat, okay?». My husband(the non-confrontational one) says okay and walks toward the hostess area and we are walked right back to the table we originally wanted with menus in tow. As she walks by she does a double take from afar probably to make sure that we were walked over by a hostess this time. it’s really not that serious lady lol. Anyhow, my husband loves the Old Bay wings here because he is a fan of dry wings but they are very salty. If they were just a little less heavy handed on the dry rub they would be fine. Oh, and a pitcher of Yuengling here is only $ 6! I was sooo happy and the pizza here is always a home run. It’s nice to not have to make the hike downtown for Matthew’s pizza. I usually just get the plain with pepperoni, no gimmicks. I tend to lean toward classic dishes, but I’ve been eyeing up the Popeye & Olive. I can never get it because my husband despises olives but maybe one of these days I will get the chance when I can sneak away for a girls night out. This is the type of bar where you see the same old guys sitting at the bar for 20+ years. Omg am I that old?! Haha, well anyhow don’t come with bigger expectations than your neighborhood bar that pleases your regular ol’ Joe.

Just terrible. To start off, the hostesses are very unprofessional and childish. I know it is only a high school job, but really? Feet up on the chair watching videos on your phone? Then at the table, we ordered the tuna appetizer, then I ordered a wrap and my husband ordered a pizza. When the tuna came out, it was overcooked and extremely dry. Trying to have a positive attitude, we asked for some soy sauce. The waitress brought us some syrupy sweet stuff and horseradish-y ranch dip. Not good on dry tuna. Still thinking positive, we were going to wait for our dinner, then we saw a pizza being delivered to the table next to us that was burnt to a crisp and stunk up the entire bar area! We then paid for our drinks and left. The waitress didn’t even apologize or say thank you.

The wife and I same in on Saturday for lunch. She ordered a Caesar Salad with blackened chicken. Horrible. The chickened looked old and re-cooked. The waitress was informed and she was nice enough to remove it from the bill but, it was so bad it was worth the review. The pizza was good but, not as good as in the past. Extra cheese was ordered but, didn’t seem like it was put on the pizza. The flavor was fine but, overall the experience was not what it use to be.

Great pizza, tasty specials on the weekend. Not expensive at all. It gets crowded on the weekends, so get there early. Waiting room is small.

Great wings and pizza. Mathews pizza recipe, and it tastes just like it. Steak was good also. Great service and price, we will be back!

This is where we go for Matthew’s Pizza when we don’t feel like dealing with the city. The food is above average in most cases and the prices and portions are fair. Service is entirely dependent on the server and ranges from outstanding to sloth-like. My advice is to find a server you like, tip her well, and pray she is working whenever you visit.

Best neighborhood bar and restaurant in the area! Food is excellent, bar and wait staff are friendly and there are always food and drink specials. I always start out saying I want something different and end up at DiSantis!

Desantis is our go-to pizza and wing spot. Tuesday night wing special(with a pitcher of beer). Wednesday night Matthews pizza special. Great neighborhood atmosphere. Good place to catch an O’s or Ravens game too.

Wonder why this isn’t rated higher? Great pizza, cheap beer… It isn’t the fanciest looking place in the world but the food is delicious. I recommend the Popeye and Olive, or the BBQ chicken pizza– or better yet, order a few you can share as a table, then you can sample more!

Amazing pizza and crab dip! The environment is also nice — it’s always been somewhat low key and the service has always been pretty good

Decent pizza and apps. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get here but I’d stop in for some grub if I was nearby.

After several trips back to de Santa’s, it has become our go to place. If we can’t decide on a place de Santa’s is the place we go. Having NEVER been disappointed I felt compelled to up date my rating.

I’ve been here twice while visiting my sister. The first time we got a large Both Cheeses pizza and a pepperoni garlic bacon pizza. Both were really good. The sauce is great, the cheeses were good and the crust was fantastic. Went again recently. Got the chicken parm sandwich, which was amazing. Lots of chicken on the sub. Just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The bread was a thick sub bun. It was thick enough to not let the sauce bleed through. Fantastic! I also had a few slices of the pepperoni garlic pizza and the both cheeses pizza. Anytime I come to the Baltimore area I hope to stop here!

Pizza is good, the small is all one person needs. Haven’t really tried much else. Service is so so. It is usually crowded. It is kinda small, but a nice little bar area with several TVs.
