I would give –5000 stars for this terrible company!!! People who are answering the phone have no knowledge of scheduling nor basic logic and common sense! And keep on repeating «you do not have a service policy with us, we CANNOT serve you» and when I asked «how can I become a policyholder» here is the answer «sorry, only the technicians sell the policy. You have to wait on till they come to your house» so I ask again «when the technician will be available?» She answered. «sorry you are not one of our service policy holder, our technician will ONLY serve policyholders» this is too funny I understand I’m not a policyholder! When I asked how would I become a policyholder she said she does not sell policy and their technicians do not serve people who are not a policyholder!!! What a stupid logic!!! It doesn’t make sense!!!
I thought maybe because English is not my first language so there’s a communication problem!!! I change my question «so could you schedule an appointment for me?» She replied «you do not have a service policy with us, and I would need to a create a service ticket for you, the technician will come out to you early next week, the technicians will give you 30 minutes notice when they on their way» I asked «early next week? Monday or Tuesday?» And she said «our technicians will give you a 30 minutes notice they are on their way» WTF apparently she does not understand what «schedule» mean !!!
