Not impressed with service today. I ordered the chickfila nuggets and fries with a drink. The staff was confused and very unorganized.
The only good thing my meal was hot.
The manager seemed annoyed and the bathrooms were dirty

Awesome drive thru lunch service!!! Had servers outside in the drive thru line taking orders via tablet… Then a cashier taking money before u got to the window… where your orders was ready in less than 5mins. Everyone extremely friendly… took my name and smiled:-) I think ALL fast foods should take this type of superb customer service and apply 100%. I will definitely drive from Charles Village to ANY Chick-fil-A if service is like this. NEVER A COMPLAINT!!! KUDOS to staff and management.

Not the best chick-fil-A that I’ve been to. Ketchup isn’t unlimited. The sitting area is a bit dirty. Food is still good so its A-OK

Amazing staff. Everyone was so nice! This older guy came out and asked if anyone needed anything. He gave a couple of refills and gave a few packs of sauce. His ass didn’t ask ME if I needed anything but I’m not going to be bitter since I didn’t need anything lol. Their lemonade is the bomb! Love my Chick-Fil-A

This Chick-fil-A gets its meat from the geese across the street in the marshes — that is why it is so fresh and tender. They should probably change the name, but I guess name recognition is important in this culture. Kudos, Chick-fil-A at White Marsh Mall! Not enough businesses use local products.
