Charm City Veterinary Hospital (CCVH) is a full service medical facility offering a wide array of services including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostic workups, sick care, digital radiography, surgery, dentistry, on-​site laboratory, cold laser therapy, and compassionate euthanasia.

We have evening appointment hours, convenient parking options, and modern technology. Furthermore, for those whose schedule does not allow for you to be present at a set appointment time, we offer the option of dropping off your pet in the morning for an exam and treatment and picking up your pet later in the afternoon or evening. You may also choose to have a «virtual» appointment so you can be «present» while the veterinarian examines your pet.

History

Established in 2014.

Charm City Veterinary Hospital (CCVH) is a brand new small animal veterinary practice in the thriving Brewer’s Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. CCVH opened its doors on January 31, 2014.

As a resident of Canton for the last 7 years, Dr. Karbonik has observed a growing need for local veterinary care. It is this need coupled with the strong desire to provide personalized veterinary care to your pets that has driven Dr. Karbonik and Dr. Eavers to develop Charm City Veterinary Hospital

Business Owner

Dr. Kristin Karbonik Hannon, co-​owner of CCVH, has lived in the Canton/Brewer’s Hill area for almost 7 years. Prior to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine, Dr. Karbonik obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University. She then attended Virginia Tech where she obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing veterinary medicine in Maryland since 2007.

Dr. Jessica Eavers began practicing veterinary medicine ten years ago after she graduated from Virginia-​Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She is the co-​owner of CCVH and very happy to officially be the practice’s other full-​time veterinarian. After seven years as close friends and co-​workers, she and Dr. Karbonik have developed an exceptional hospital. Dr. Eavers enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a special interest in ophthalmology, dermatology, and surgery.

Together, their goal is to provide the utmost wonderful care to every pet they see.
