First of all, why is there no option for zero stars? Second of all, how does this place still exist? You couldn’t ask for a more dehumanizing experience. From brutally cold cells to the poster you pass right after your phone call informing you that «Prison Rape is Real» with a number to call if you happen to be a victim of such a thing. What’s that? …wasn’t that my one phone call?

I love central booking, they treat the prisoners with respect and even let you call your family to tell them know that your safe. Make sure you tell one of the ghetto correction officers how good they look

Been here a few times and it’s the worst place you want to be while in Baltimore. I can remember being in a cell designed for 20 people and there were 50 people in it with nothing to sit on but the floor. This place should be shut down. Central Booking is supposed to be a holding facility until they decide if you’re innocent or guilty. No need to treat you like a piece of shit until this happens. Also, having one working phone for a 100 people to fight over is ridiculous. They’re inciting violence. I understand jails aren’t supposed to be nice, but this is pre-​jail. So until a court finds people guilty don’t treat them like they are.

3 meals a day and a warm place to get out of the cold. What’s there not to like? Loses a star cause the staff at check in could be nicer and there is no concierge.
