This company is grimy and greedy, dishonest and unethical. I was informed that the owner drive around neighborhoods whom they have a contract with looking for people that are accidentally park wrong in areas that are not clearly mark, (I think they make up their own parking rules), and tow your car. They are criminals stealing cars for money. A new law needs to be in place to stop them and other business like them from taking peoples cars legally and requiring a ridiculous high fee to get your car back.

The so called owner showed up to tow our car after we called AAA. It took him two hours to arrive, even though we checked and their shop was only 7 miles away. We had to call AAA four different times to get an ETA and each time it was 5 – 10 minutes. Except it was two hours. And wait, when he arrived… He said he wasn’t willing to tow our car the 60 miles into Pennsylvania despite us making it clear on our first call that it was our destination. So he dropped our car and left us stranded. Yeah.
