Depending on the time of day, lines can be extremely long for the inside tellers. Sometimes during those times they only have two tellers open which is frustrating because things move very slowly. But I’d have to say as often as I visit (1 – 2 times a week) the lines are shorter than they are long. The tellers are all friendly, I’ve gotten to know a few of them since I go in so often. My only reason for taking off a star of this location is the fact that every time I go in they try to push credit cards and new accounts on me. I have told them multiple times now that I do not want or need anything else and that I am only visiting for work purposes but it never fails they will always try to work it into the conversation which is annoying.

Absolutely great customer service! I went to the branch in the GreenSpring mall on Saturday afternoon but they just closed. I then proceeded to the next location in OldCourt which opens until 1pm. The best move ever. I opened my account with no hassle and the utmost professional service from Michael B. And also from the two tellers.
