RUDE, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL. If those three words didn’t scare you off then please continue reading because I would hate for anyone to be stuck with this worthless company. I seriously can’t believe these people are in business. The owner is so rude, we have been without air conditioning for a month and a half now. It is July and average temps are 95 degrees. We have been trying to get them to fix our air conditioning since mid may. They continuously «reschedule» as in do not show up or show up out of their estimated time range and they are very rude when you try to speak to them about anything. I have never heard of a company treating people so poorly, please save yourself the headache and spend maybe the extra 20 bucks it takes and get a company that won’t treat you so poorly and get absolutely nothing done in a month and a half. I will never use this company again and I hope this review helps others.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
They never show up and are rude! I called and scheduled my appointment for «around noon». I came home at 11:00 and there was a business card on my door. I immediately called and they said they would not come back. The man I spoke to was rude and unapologetic. I scheduled another appointment and they never came! I called at 12:30 (i was scheduled for 9 – 12) and they told me someone had my ticket but they didn’t know who, so they could not contact him to see why he was late. I called again at 3:00 after waiting at home all day, and they rudely told me all I could do is reschedule. I tried to politely explain that this is my second appointment and he said «you can reschedule again and hung up on me!»
Save yourself time, and don’t use these jerks.
