Specialties
Aggio, situated in a serene space with dark and muted colors, sets the tone for a sublime evening. Enjoy creative Italian food with a modern touch complemented by guidance from our sommelier well-versed in Italian wines.
Chef Voltaggio’s focus at Aggio is on pastas. At Aggio, he takes liberty with creative compositions you won’t find anywhere else, and while imaginative, the food is simply elegant. The menu is seasonal, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients with a nod to the Mid-Atlantic. The pasta dishes are hearty and can be ordered in half portions or full portions.
The cocktail menu takes its cues from the Rat Pack music that plays throughout dinner, with reimagined classic cocktails named after Joey Bishop, Peter Lawford and Sammy Davis. Jr.
Order an expertly created cocktail and settle in for the evening. Indulge in the eye opening savory amuse-bouche «funnel cakes,» dusted with Parmesan, that greats you followed by a just-out-of-the-oven olive focaccia served with whipped mortadella and a mound of ricotta drizzled with olive oil.
You will be taking a trip to Italy without leaving your hometown.
