My mom waiting for a sonogram, now 20/​minutes past her appointment with a full bladder??? Will not be bringing her back here. She’s so uncomfortable and the front staff is busy. Busy talking to each other. Only 2 other people waiting in waiting room. Unbelievable. I just asked the front office lady to call in back to see what the hold up is. «They are waiting for a room». There’s no patients here. Do they only have one room?
Just called her back. Funny how a room came available in a minute flat. If you have an appt, they should stick to it. How come if you’re late for an appt its the end of the world but its ok for us to sit and wait. I just don’t understand how this world works anymore and if we don’t start taking up for ourselves. We are in a world of trouble.
