Update: Just saw my credit card statement and realized they charged me for a battery I did not buy. Lovely. Hopefully I can get this resolved.

They were open pretty late for a Sunday. A friend of mine had to stop here to get some oil. It was not busy at all. Cashier was very helpful. The store was pretty clean. Nice, quick service.

Talk about horrible customer service.
I came in simply to buy oil for my car… hoping I’d be in and out. Buying oil is a pretty easy grab and go item I’d say. So, I picked up two oil bottles from the wall and I head to the register only to be ignored by an emplyee. I sit and wait to be rang up, because the employee is searching for something on the computer it seems. Another employee comes from the back where the parts area is, she glances at me and keeps walking. At this point I’ve been standing for 5 minutes or so and I’m becoming impatient. I try to get the guys attention who’s on the computer and he totally ignores me! Now I’m at the point where I want to drop the oil and just leave this place. I stand in plain sight for someone to notice me but I go unnoticed by everyone. In comes a new customer and she is rang up almost instantly. I then speed walk toward the register to purchase my items and leave and to NEVER return to this place again.
