Fred Wolfson has practiced acupuncture since 2005 and is passionate about providing effective, individualized, and affordable healthcare for our Baltimore community. He is also a state certified animal (pet) acupuncturist. Before practicing acupuncture, Fred received a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling and worked with individuals with physical, psychiatric, and developmental disabilities.

If you don’t know the benefits of acupuncture, you need to check this place out!
Sore feet? Sore back? Allergies? You name it… acupuncture works! And Fred is great.
No appointments needed but it sure does help! Acupuncture is a mix of meditation and healing and you need to try it now.
No insurance needed, pay what you can, easy to access and such an amazingly serene location!!!

Fred is an amazing healer and has helped me over the years with back pain and migraines. I love that you can just walk in and don’t need an appointment. And the soft reclining chairs and soothing music make you feel right at home!

I really love the gliding payment scale that Acupuncture for All offers. The owner Fred has a great presence which is friendly, calming, and welcoming. It is a very communal, welcoming, and comfortable environment. I have been there twice and find that the accupuncture is relaxing and an effective remedy for me.
You can walk-​in, take a seat on a large recliner and Fred will work on you as you sit in an open quiet room with others. That is what type of practice this is. Very communal, like I mentioned. But it makes it affordable and accessible.

This is a nice place and a good way to be first introduced to acupuncture if you’re new to it. Very affordable prices, as low as $ 20 per session. The staff is quite attentive and knowledgeable and the place is clean and quiet. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Got the groupon deal for Acupuncture for All. Absolutely worth it. Business is on the 2nd floor of the building. I was a little hesitant about the «open» treatment area but that hesitation quickly went away. Quiet and peaceful are great ways to describe this place.
Very thorough intake/​consultation. Didn’t take long to finish but it was definitely not rushed.
Treatment is in a recliner chair. Felt relaxed and at ease the entire 40 minute treatment. Soft music played but earphones were available to make it completely silent.
This was a great groupon deal and an even better find. I will definitely be back.

The service, care and expertise provided by Fred at Acupuncture for All is amazing. After years of wishing and hoping and working up the courage to try acupuncture, how lucky I was to find Fred. If you are afraid of making the jump like I was, just do it!

I’ve gone to Acupuncture for All twice and I was not disappointed either time. I went once just to try it out, and noticing that there is a sliding pay scale, it’s really great for experimentation. Fred is really attentive and do not be afraid to tell him if a needle needs to be readjusted. I do not have the discipline to keep up with the treatments but I would highly suggest at least trying it one time. You’ll probably fall asleep, which is kind of crazy considering you’ll look like a little porcupine. :)

Acupuncture was something I’ve always wanted to try to manage stress and anxiety and I was so excited to find an affordable way to get treatment! Acupuncture for All offers community acupuncture, where you receive treatments in a quiet room with other people. Fees are very reasonable ($ 20-​$ 40 per session, you choose what you can pay), the practitioners are gentle and caring, and the treatments have been effective for me. One note: this is a second floor location and it could be a struggle for older folks seeking relief from back, knee or sciatica pain to climb the stairs.

I went to Acupuncture for All regularly at Fred’s old location in Mt. Washington. I’m SO sad that he moved! I may not get in as often as I feel benefits. I call it my «acunap». I always feel calmer, more grounded, peaceful afterwards. Acupuncture has helped fibromyalgia symptoms and post cancer treatment problems, including aches, hot flashes, and sensitivity. His needles are gentle. Yes, you can actually fall asleep with needles in you ~ or even have a nice «trip» ha! Really, I can’t recommend giving Fred and his fellow acupuncturists at Acupuncture For All a try. It’s affordable, workable, and it works. BTW ~ he hasn’t required appointments, but was getting REALLY busy at his old location. So I’d recommend making an appointment so you can be assured to get a session when it works best for you :)
