If you have 20 min to spare and might have to turn around and go back because they screwed up this is your place to especially for drive through. The only upside is one of the drive through ladies is cute. But other then that they got rid of the Baja sauce like wtf

Food was OK at this Taco Bell location, but poor drive through service that requires the customer to verify their order and food themselves. In 2 visits in January 2015, I asked «is this everything ?» And was assured both times. The first order was missing a $ 3.50 Steak Quesadilla, and the 2^nd order missing a $ 5+ Border Bowl. Needed to park the car, enter the restaurant, approach a busy cashier with my receipt in-hand, and request my menu items to complete the order. Employees not ashamed or apologetic. No sign of a responsible shift manager that processed the complaints to help improve their future service. Will not return to this location on Manchester in Ballwin. Frustrating.
