The grounds at the JCC/Weinberg Village/Arts Center are huge, as is the gym facility(why I come!) that includes a pool, sauna, an indoor track, tons of machines and a huge weight area(though I wish there were more kettlebells). They trainers are for the most part helpful and very knowledgeable. My only tip is that the JCC can be confusing at times because it is so huge, so take your time when you first start coming! I also wish that they were open till 10:15(so that I could finish my TV shows that come on at 9 — yes, I come to work out and watch TV). I’m not hugely impressed with Me Latte, though ;(While the staff is nice and they have a lot of space, the owner isn’t terribly responsive and there is not a big selection.

the jcc is the move even if you aren’t jewish. i never realized how great it was until i left for university, but i spent the better part of my childhood there and i miss it! no matter how old you are, the wooden biblical playground in the back behind the swimming pools/tennis courts is endless fun(tire swings!!) try to go in the evening so there are less little kids. they’ll make you feel like you don’t belong(but don’t worry, those little zip lines have no age limit) group fitness schedules are readily available online and the teachers are always great so please take those classes there’s a teen lounge upstairs that i didn’t know about for the longest time but it’s so cute and should be taken advantage of i love the jcc

I am only rating this facility in terms of kindness and friendliness. I am visiting for the week from Northern California. The membership team was so pleasant and helpful in allowing me to work out during my stay(I am a member in CA). The staff and people in general have been very friendly as well. In particular, Harold Harris has gone over and above to make me feel welcome and to make sure my visit there was good. I met him on the first day I was there and he checked in with me again today to see that I was having a good trip and finding what I needed at the JCC. He was helpful and very pleasant. It is much appreciated. Kudos to all and many thanks.
