This is a very popular spot to eat, and I can see why. It’s large, it’s clean, it’s well-lit. There’s a lot of seating, including some booths, bistro tables, regular tables, and even a sofa and some matching chairs around a coffee table in the back. When I came here today, there was already a line to order, and I debated whether to go elsewhere or not. I decided to wait to see how well they handled the line. It went fast and smoothly. The 3 people behind the counter worked well together, they knew what they were doing, and they were friendly and always had smiles. There was a steady stream of customers coming in, but the line never backed up. Everything in my sub was fresh. This is my idea of how a Subway should operate! Ballston Spa has quite a few good places for a more leisurely meal. When I want something quicker or cheaper, this Subway is certainly an option.
