It’s been almost 5 weeks since they started our driveway and it is STILL not fixed or finished.
Now, i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, we all screw up from time to time, no biggie. But what i am angry about is that when you screw up you should try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please don’t just keep telling your customers that you will come on such-​and-​such a day and never show up!
I am very discouraged by this. The only thing they seem to be able to do reliably and quickly is cash a check. (We have actually had our entire kitchen ripped apart and replaced during the time that we’ve been waiting for the driveway to be finished. Crazy!)
