Poor business etiquette. I attempted numerous times to make an appt. I even tried to give specific times and dates weeks out in advance. Not only did she not return my phone calls half the time, she was rude. I cannot comment on her abilities as a therapist however going for a is also a state of mind. If she conduct herself this way when gaining new business clients, I don’t think I would be comfortable allowing myself to let go and be vulnerable in her hands.

I have used 2 groupon for BMK. Yes she is hard to get in touch with, but she has returned my messages. She is busy because she is that good. This is not your typical massage. If you read her bio, her expertise in eastern medicine makes it a healing massage. I have had many spa massages but she gives a very different type. If you believe or half believe in eastern medical techniques, Brianna is the person for you. If you want a foo-​foo massage go to the spa!

I purchase the Groupon as well unfortunately I’m receiving the same type of service. You either can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full, or you leave a message and she doesn’t return your call. I contacted Groupon and they have refunded the $ 50.00… Maybe next time if she wants to sell the Groupon she might put a limit on it, she is only one person
